I would like to mention the cook who cooks eggs, a nice person with a good approach to the client and excellent culinary skills. 👍 Not a bad place...

Everything was good except for a couple things. During the whole stay they never renewed the chocolates and other snacks in the room, as well as did not replace the shampoo and shower gel. At the same time, the duty manager promised that it would be done. Breakfasts are simple, there is no variety. Complete lack of normal coffee, only instant coffee even if you ask to prepare it separately. I do not recommend ordering coffee. Be attentive to the prices, the prices indicated in the price tag are different from what will be in the end, as well as if you make payment by card make sure that you are not cheated. Thursday nights can be noisy due to the events that are held right on the hotels grounds, right under your windows.

Every thing was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The only thing which need more focus to make the hotel same like the international chain is the food and beverage There is no standard as examples when we receive the orders every day the setup is different for the same order and order served without the simple cover like salt, pepper, kitchup, toothpicks etc... Even with the pizza If this feedback taken into consideration Then the hotel will be more than perfect

Bell hop meets you at the car for your baggage. Front-door attendent opens the door for you every time you come in. Front desk staff so polite, kind, professional and helpful. Hotel furnishings are modern. All areas kept clean and well maintained. Breakfast included and everything was soooo flavorful with a large variety of items. WiFi signal works strong in room The hotel was calm and quiet and actually relaxing We stayed for Eid Fitr to be near to mall of Egypt and location was amazing. Only 9 minutes by car.

Beds were VERY hard. Although the hotel was very close to the mall, it’s on a side road that is not very frequented and was difficult for Ubers to find.

An exceptional experience, a hotel with a high level of hospitality and service. Higher value for an acceptable price. All people without exception, starting from the entrance gate, reception, room, restaurant and service inside the restaurant, were highly experienced and respectful. I thank all the hotel staff for welcoming us and the successful management of the facility. I will definitely repeat my stay there again. Thank you royal day plaza ❤️😍.

I loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mahmoud the hotel chef was so kind serving me my breakfast every morning and his friendly smile. Best omelettes ever!

The bed was a little too firm for me and the shower wasn't safe to use due to my disability.

The location is good near the mall and other commercial areas. The room was good, we got an upgrade from two rooms to a suite which was really good.

When showering water leaks outside in the whole bathroom. The Airconditioner sound was annoying in one room. The safe didn't have any instructions, so we needed help to use it.

The whole staff was nice, welcoming and professional. The room was beautifully designed and clean. The open buffet breakfast had lots of varieties and was so delicious.

The bed wasn’t bad but could have been better when it comes to comfort.

Everything was very clean and staff very good. Nice swimmingpool, everyday you get fresh water to drink. Lots of choice at breakfast. Restaurant open till 11pm.

We understand the clean towels, but Egypt does everything in plastic. Not good for the environment. Not much toiletpaper in the room. They should put an extra roll there.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The property and the room are very clean. The location is quiet and central but you will need a car to move around.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t high enough for a relaxing shower after long day work. I didn’t notify the staff since I was busy and out all day. I believe they could have fixed it if I asked as the staff were always helpful in other requests.
