This is my 3rd stay at this property and they never disappoint! I host Women's Empowerment Retreats and for 3 years in a row I've brought over 25 women to the the property for their first time and the truly love it! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! They also make sure anyone in your group that has a birthday or celebrating anything feels extra special! The rooms are clean and comfortable! And the food from the restaurants are great and something is available to order 24hrs a day! Also very convenient to have access to a gym, heated pool and spa! All of my guests have always felt safe and secure as well. Great value and you won't be disappointed!

I wish my stay was longer🤩

The room was lovely and in a great location. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel buffet had good quality food and the prices were very reasonable. Huge bed and two duvets - fantastic......no duvet stealing by my other half! The hotel transfer service uses well maintained cars and sensible drivers - worth paying the extra for compared to cheaper options. The pool was clean and a good size. The view of the golf course was pleasant. Options to pay in different currencies.

I would prefer the pool to be a cooler temperature - just my preference. The lifeguards at the pool were maybe a little too attentive at times!

The Swiss Inn was an excellent choice for our one-day stay. We were a bit apprehensive about booking, but it turned out to be excellent, especially for the price. It is clean, updated and a much better choice than the next-door Hilton.

Our only complaint is that the full bed in the standard room actually turned out to be two twin beds stuck together. Not only that, but they were extremely uncomfortable and we did not get a good night sleep. I am not sure if all of the beds at the property are like this.

The price was in perfect relation to the quality of the received. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels during business trips, yet rarely was that much satisfied. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed comfortable. I especially want to mention the food (I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both buffet). It was fresh, tasty, and rich in the variety. Maybe I was just lucky, but there were no queues to stations either. The personnel was polite and helpful and not squeezing the tips. So if you need a decent hotel in this part of Cairo, I can only recommend

There was an electricity shutdown and only limited electrical supply with the generator, but I guess, it's a general issue in Egypt this year.

It's very peaceful, well maintained and the team is extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. Checking in was very fast, Alia the guest relations is very professional and accommodating. Overall everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to be back. Excellent hotel. Nice view.and nice location people very helpful. Especially Geust relation Aliaa she was very helpful respect. She is amazing person. Smiling positive energy all the time that is make. Stay blessed happy and love the hotel due her. Help and make my stay very comfortable

Breakfast had a good selection even for someone like myself who is going through extreme dental procedures and can only take soft foods and liquids! Rooms in great condition as usual. Beds very comffortable, Room ameneties very good. Staff always go the extra mile and are the special feature of this hotel, especially in Reception, bar/room service and housekeeping staff.

More choices of teas and coffee in the room please!

We were greeted by Walid at the reception with a smile and professionalism. He answered all our wishes and made our stay unique. The water in the outdoor pool is very warm and suitable for children, cleanliness and friendly staff everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Nothing literally

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with an elegant and cozy interior design. The service was outstanding; the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the available facilities were comprehensive, meeting all needs from the swimming pool to the gym.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Majotity of staff are very helpful specially Front office Asst. Manager Mahmoud, front office Reception Ahmed who is very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, Hany who gave excellent service every morning at breakfast, Finally Ali Al Toukhy who is a very hard working always with smile at the garden bar terrace, having staff like this made our stay extremely enjoyable. Definitely will be staying in Swiss Inn Pyramids again.
