Newly constructed building. No hassle of paying in use or pound . You can use your credit card. Room service, cleanliness, AC everything is perfect. I will remember Mr haggard who took a drive to drop in sphinx light show. Mr talat , you are a super hard worker with always in smiling face. Best wishes for your success . Microbes station was a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel for Alexandria with chippest price.

Food restaurants are not nearby. Though they have restaurants . Just little bit away from pyramid but free from noise. One problem I face that was no food restaurants except el-sultan.

Having recently stayed at Saray Pyramids view Hotel, I am thrilled to share my incredible experience. Nestled in the heart of Giza, this hotel offers more than just accommodation, it's a gateway to an unforgettable Egyptian adventure. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace. Picture this: enjoying a delicious breakfast while gazing out at the majestic pyramids. It's a scene straight out of a dream, one that I will cherish forever. What truly sets Saray apart is its exceptional service. Every member of the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. From arranging tours to providing local recommendations, they ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect. In conclusion, Saray isn't just a place to rest your head, it's an experience that will stay with you long after you've left as this is my second time staying here. If you're looking for luxury, breathtaking views, and impeccable service, look no further. My time at Saray Pyramids view Hotel was nothing short of magical, and I can't wait to return for the third time

We had such a wonderful stay at this place that we decided to extend for our whole time in Cairo as it seemed the best deal in the city. The room was stunning, very clean, attention to detail, fast wifi, comfortable bed, and good views from the pyramids. The breakfast buffet was yummy and the staff attentive. I had stayed couple of times in Cairo before with no so pleasant experiences and I was really happy when we found this Hotel. Couldn’t recommend it more!

🫣Our 10-day stay at Saray Pyramid and Museum View was made truly unforgettable by the incredible staff. They were exceptionally warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our daughter Amanda feel special and at home. Every smile, every gesture of kindness, made us feel like family. So amiable, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place was also very neat.—this team is simply top-notch. We can’t wait to visit again! From the reception Abdallah and Mohamed talaat the best ever Restaurant islam. The guys at the restaurant made the breakfast a daily "wowww" experience

We spent 3 nights here and we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation. The hotel and the room are clean, the room is large with 2 armchairs, a table and TV. The bathroom is ok, you can store your stuff in the closet under the washbasin. Soap and shampoo are provided in the shower which is large with hot water. We had half board included in our booking: food was delicious and dishes were abundant. Breakfast has a wide variety of local food (both salty and sweet), fresh and exquisite. Dinner was the same for 3 consecutive nights, but you can choose pasta or pizza instead of the main course of the half board. Drinks and sweets are not included in the half board, but they are affordable and tasty. There is a restaurant next to the reception and a restaurant on the rooftop. The staff is super nice and polite, they are very professional. There's a nice view over the pyramid from the rooftop. The Grand Egyptian Museum is very close, Pyramids are close too but very hard to reach on foot because it is almost impossible to cross the streets as they are large with many cars. We used uber to go to the Pyramids and to anywhere else. There is an ATM just at the corner, we took a walk around and the neighbourhood is safe and the people are polite: we walked east of the hotel to find a pharmacy for sun protection cream and we found it! There is a small supermarket, a bakery, a school and many minimarkets that sell water and other fresh beverages. I didn't see any restaurants around except from a pizza restaurant, so I would recommend booking the half board. We booked a full day tour in Cairo and it was perfect: we told the receptionist what we wanted to see, and they arranged it. Lunch and car were included in the price of the tour.

The staff and location of the hotel. The staff of Saray Pyramids Hotel are all very good, friendly and helpful👍 . Just name few staffs here. Starting from the reception desk. Abdalla, Mhomod, Aya, and Shams were very nice and friendly to help us with booking taxi, introducing tours, exchanging small notes of Egyptian pound and teaching us simple but useful Egyptian words etc. The staff of the 6th floor and rooftop where we are having breakfast and evening meals, Mhomod, Islam, and Ahmed are always smiling, professionally taking care of our orders, and having great conversation. We feel welcomed and relaxed. Food is very tasty 😋 The staff here for luggage like Kamal, the staff of cleaning and gate guards did great job too. Rooms are big enough, clean and neat. 24 hours gate guard staff record the information of the outside taxi we ordered which undoubtedly ease the worries in some degree. Saray Pyramids Hotel is on a street parallel and very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). On the 6th floor and rooftop where we can see both the 3 Pyramids and GEM, day and night. It is walking distance to both attractions, but take Uber if you have an elderly or you have a faint heart with walking across the big busy traffic road in front of the GEM. Wifi is good. There's a small shop right beside the hotel.

Excellent location between pyramids and the new museum and with very easy access to local attractions. The terrace was very relaxing and with excellent view both day and night. Wi-fi was great in all areas. The hotel was very clean and the rooms big and spacious. All employees were very courteous and friendly from our arrival.

The location is very good for both if you want to hire a cab or self drive. The place is small but cosy. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean. They arranged excursions customized as per my needs. The guide and driver they arranged were very helpful. The Guide was well educated and knew the culture well. The driver was calm and safe on the roads even with a lot of crazy drivers in the country he kept dis calm.

Room service was very slow even after tipping well in advance, that delayed my morning start up of the days. The bathroom drain was choked. The Wi-Fi was use less it was set to refresh connection after every 1 minute, it was very frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Giza. It truly offers the best value for the price. The location is perfect — very close to the pyramids and it's easy to get around everywhere by taxi. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to the manager, Mohammed Talat, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They kindly offered us a generous late check-out and even stored our luggage safely after check-out so we could continue sightseeing before our late evening flight. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean. Staff is nice and helpfull. Breakfast buffet is decent. Dinner was very good, especially for that price. Hotel booked tours for me. I told what i wanted to see, they arranged the rest. Sfinx & Pyramids. Saqqara, Memphis, Alexandrie, Egyptian Museum, the Citadel, Mosque of Mohammed Ali, and the bazaar. The driver Akkram and the guide Dr Moka (doctor in Egyptology) were amazing. They took me to places a tourist normally doesnt go. Explained a lot. And also are just nice people and good company.

Only thing that bothered me was that it is noisy at night. You hear other guests in their room. Traffic outside. Even the chicken from downstairs (i was on the 4th floor). Bring good earplugs. The pillow is a bit hard. But thats personal preference.
