The location was amazing. I booked a room with a view of the Pyramids and I couldn't believe how close they were. I could even see people going into the big pyramid! Breakfast also was in a big room overlooking the pyramids. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond the norm. Even walking me to the local bank to use their ATM, using their phones when I couldn't use mine. I loved the pool and often there was only me in it. I loved the baby supermarket for my coke and water, the three little shops and the cafe and bar. Close to the new GEM museum. About 45 minutes from the airport. Uber worked well. It is a great place for wedding receptions. I loved to sit out on my balcony checking out the goings on. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely fabulous. So much choice. Not licensed. I chose to pay for breakfast and dinner and I recommend this option.

Can't think of a thing.

The hotel is not a carbon copy of every other tourist hotel; the lobby is chock full of ancient Egyptian bric-a-brac, and the rooms have similar but lower-key touches. The view of the pyramids from the pool terrace, breakfast room and some rooms is exquisite - if you're staying for more than two days, paying for a view room is worth it since you'll probably spend some tiem on the balcony or looking out the window. The lobby features a convenience store, a bar, a souvenir shop, a jewelry store and a clothing store. The attached buffet-style restaurant is a solid way to sample Egyptian cuisine but is also a reliable place for lunch or dinner. The hotel faces an event venue that features wedding on most nights. It's fun to watch the guests and bride and groom, and things seem to wrap up before midnight. Not all staff members speak fluent English, but those who don't quickly get hold of another member who does, sometimes by phone. The standout member of the staff is Mohamed Abdo. He arranges tours, drivers, special needs at the hotel and general advice. He absolutely made our trip. He seems always to be working and yet always cheerful. He is certainly endowed with that famous Egyptian quality of a constant mild ribbing. This is a great choice above all for the pyramids view, Mohamed and access to the bar.

Fabulous location with a view of the pyramids. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style. Not great but perfectly acceptable and very good value at less than £10 per person and eat as much as you like; soup, salad, meat, vegetables and multi-choice desserts. Mohamed the reservations manager was fantastic, he organised all of our trips with private drivers and was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was great although not heated and there was a spa area in the basement at an extra charge. The room was very comfortable with a large balcony and pyramid view.

The bathroom was a bit dated but perfectly functional. Some of the cleaning staff were argumentative with each other in front of guests, but for the most part the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, especially Mohamed. Whilst the WiFi worked it was necessary to get a new code every day which was mildly annoying and it didn't work outside the room. It is a dry country so there was no bar as such but we could buy wine and beer from a small cafe by reception to drink in the room but not in public.

The location was brilliant. Across the road to the entrance to the pyramids. Great value for money. Staff were so extra friendly. Drivers available for trips to the new grand museum and airports. Restaurants on the doorstep. Loved the rooftop pool with incredible view of pyramids. Sauna was great.

It’s not 5* so don’t expect perfection. Wi-Fi needs improvement. Room carpet is tired, but clean. The fresh omelette for breakfast was delicious, though I think items such as crisps/snacks ought to be replaced by extra fresh food choices.

This hotel has the most amazing view of the pyramids. We went to sleep and woke up with a view of the pyramids from our room. The foyer was a "wow" dressed up with a lot of Egyptian seating, statues and memorabilia copies. Breakfast was served on the roof looking at the pyramids and was sufficient. The room and balconies were clean and large sized and we loved sitting on the balcony gazing at the pyramids. Big pool for teenagers and adults and a smaller shallow pool for small children on the roof. Really lovely cafe serving great meals in the same complex.

The impact of Covid and being closed for 2 years has impacted a lot of hotels and tourist sites and amenities in Egypt and they are doing their best efforts to get these places back to the standards pre Covid. We stayed here for the view and this exceeded our expectations.

Very nice hotel , lobby decoration makes you feel you are in Egypt ! with excellent location , Hotel staff is really kind , helpfull and friendly Specially Mohamad at front desk . He helped us to arrange transfer from Cairo airport and also tour to Piramids with spanish guide.  Great location if you want to stay near Piramids . We've got  the best view  from our balcony . I would recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Cairo .

There's nothing I can say I don't like from this hotel. Everything is simply perfect 👌

Great location for visiting the pyramids, hotel facilities and room terrace. Massive and nicely decorated lobby to idle away. Breakfast buffet had choices to cater for all needs.

There seemee to be a contant influx of weddings in the hotel adjacent hall banqueting facilities, it may have been the season. Just a bit disruptive if you were aiming for an early night due to travel arrangements.

Really love the Egyptian Pharaoh theme, and our room the deluxe family room with pyramid view was absolutely amazing 2 seperate rooms in one with 2 balconies, hot tub must just mean the bath but oh well was happy

People who are not familiar with what cairo is like just be warned outside the hotel is extremely busy and very worn down and you will be a target by all the hustlers but just be nice and say no (la la) only arrogant people are at the pyramids, the food here isn't that great either id just use this as a rest hotel like we did when we seen the pyramids and stay somewhere else like hurghada or sharm el sheik
