Amazing best breakfast ever and with an incredible view of the pyramids on the roof top while enjoying a meal. Rooms were updated. We stayed in two different rooms that were both very good. The problem is that there was a smell in them. The King room had major water trouble on the floor of the washroom. We think the smell may of come from under the tiles. After having a shower and drying the floor the water would mysteriously return making the floor all wet again. Showers were also lacking a shower door therefore the water would go all other the floor. We constantly had to ask for extra towels to put on the floor. If they fix this water problem it would be an amazing place . Bed sheets were well used. Only two pillows and both very thick, we could not use them. There was two instant coffee and no cream and two unsealed tea bags. With all this being said it is a very nice place. Would I stay here again, if the price is right than yes.

Fix the water problem, a couple of chairs in the king room would be helpful since it is a large room.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Egypt BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will not regret it. From the moment I walked through the door, the Egyptian hospitality shinned through. BEAUTIFUL hotel. With the iconic pyramids view with your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mayer really took care of me for all my meals. This ensures you get a photo you like. Very clean hotel. Very affordable for what you’re paying. Location of the hotel is 3 minutes away from the pyramids. Uber is very good to reach the city within 30 minutes (£3) if using Uber. Special thank you to khattab hossam. You really looked after us during our stay. Thank you for letting use your facilities on day of checkout after getting dusty doing ATV. Can’t wait to visit Egypt again and see all of you. Thank you for making our trip so special and memorable.

We absolutely loved the location! We booked Terrace view rooms that looked directly onto the pyramids. We believe we were actually closer to them than the famous Mena House. 🤫 Their rooftop restaurant, Zeeyara, was off the charts!!! We thought it was SO good that we invited a friend, who lives in Cairo, and works at the Embassy, to dine with us. We all agreed is is amazing!

The Terrace View rooms REALLY need umbrellas on the terraces.

i enjoyed my stay here. the pictures on their listing is very accurate. the room i got was clean, roomy and comfortable. the staff were all very helpful, from the reception to the restaurant upstairs. the view from the restaurant on the top floor was amazing. i feel their current rating is accurate and deserved.

nothing really. my door lock was a little sticky but that is the only negative thing about my whole stay. i would definitely stay here again if visiting Giza

The view was amazing. The staff was So friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant on site was great. The pool was nice to have to be able to cool down.

The wifi was non existent in the rooms. No safety features like railings. The shower leaked all over the floor.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was amazing and sitting on the rooftop looking at the Pyramids while having breakfast was incredible. The restaurant staff were excellent and friendly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting the Pyramids and Gaza area. Ubers were cheap so going to the airport or downtown Cairo was still reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again but would request a room in the building that has the restaurant. We had a room near reception which although clean was too close tot he front desk and you could hear conversations being had between staff and guests. The restaurant staff were able to get us beer which was nice after a long day visiting the sites. It was expensive but still enjoyed having a couple cold ones.

The location of our room being close to reception. Request a room in the same building as the rooftop restaurant. Construction in the area was unfortunate but not the fault of the property. The price of bottled water is way too high and they should lower it for guests. Buy from outside as you will save money. The shower could use a full door. Water went all over the floor when using it. Seems to be a design flaw. At least the water pressure was good. There were some odor issues at times in the room. Mild sewage smell which may have been caused by the construction nearby. It did not get bad enough to complain and we only noticed it on the last day.

From the moment we entered the premises of the hotel it was wow the pictures on booking.com does not compare to the real place its clean staff are excellent helpful and always there to assist help and go the extra mile we loved our stay its clean beautiful and the rooftop is a must to visit for breakfast i can only speak good about the place regards and we will be back Ehsan

Everything is in perfect condition and its in a quiet area there is nothing not to like

Very clean, nicely decorated, great location and fabulous view of the pyramids from the terrace. Giza is very noisy area with traffic and horns beeping but this hotel was fairly quiet as it is on a street back from the main road. It is a short walk to the pyramids entrance and very close to the Marriott Mina House hotel where we went for drinks and dinner. I would recommend this hotel, it’s much nicer than other Egyptian independent hotels in the Giza area , and although a bit more expensive it is worth it.

Breakfast served from 7.30 am which was a little late for trips starting at 8 am. Wi-fi was sporadic.

Everyone who works there is so Friendly and Helpful , The location is outstanding I took the room with Terrace and pyramids view was amazing, Breakfast is Tasty and good , Totally Recommend if you need a place to stay near pyramids as it’s few minutes away. The location is far from downtown so just keep that on mind.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great rooftop restaurant next door.

No outside pool. The one in the picture is in the lobby and for decoration. There’s an indoor one but we wanted to relax by the pool outside.
