From the moment we arrived at this hotel, it was clear we were in for an extraordinary experience. We joked among ourselves that they must be cleaning 24/7 because no matter the hour—whether it was the break of dawn, the heat of midday, or the quiet of the night—there was always someone polishing, dusting, or tidying. It became our little running joke, and we couldn't help but admire the dedication that made the place feel perpetually fresh and pristine. And then, there was the location. Words scarcely do it justice. The view of the pyramids from every corner of the hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. No matter where we wandered within the property, the majestic pyramids stood as a constant, awe-inspiring backdrop, their ancient grandeur framed perfectly by the hotel’s elegant architecture. It was like living in a dream, surrounded by one of the world’s most iconic wonders in all its timeless splendor. In every sense, this hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination in its own right, offering an experience that lingers in your memory long after you’ve departed.

We had a couple issues with the rooms, but the G.R (Motaz) was great at acknowledging and doing his best to fix the issues. He has a high class of customer service, and we went back for a couple of extra nights just because of him and how he treated us 🙏

The Rooms need small touches, they're not sound proof, and some of the rooms need new mattereses. The rest is all good.

The location of waking next to the pyramids was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The bath tub overlooking the pyramids was very special as well.

It would be ideal if the balconies with the tub were on higher floors so that there would be more privacy and less traffic noise, but other than that it was great!

Photos in booking are all for a pyramids' view but you've to pay attention during reservation that some rooms have a view to the back, they call it garden view !! When I arrived they asked for double of what I paid to change my reservation from a garden to a pyramids' view but I refused. The restaurant on the roof looks directly to the pyramids and that covered my needs during the breakfast especially with the delicious Egyptian meals.

This is my second time coming to Turquoise Hotel! The staff are very sweet and friendly! Mario Mossad & Assan were amazing staff and took great care of us! All of our needs were taken care of, anything we needed they did! The service was 10/10 All the other staffs were also kind and respectful! They gave us complimentary drinks straight to our room when we checked it You get a close up view of the pyramids especially on the roof top, you will experience beautiful warm sunsets as well! And the restaurant food was soooooo yummy!!!! 😋 My favourite is the Fried Rice & Beef with the Sahlab I will book again for the third time next time I come back to Egypt♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating! The room was large and clean. The back of the pyramids you can see from the rooms and the restaurant upstairs since most of the seating is on a balcony. The restaurant food and drinks were fantastic. Freshly made fruit juices! The shower is hot! The room AC did great against the sweltering temps!

Our room (mostly the bathroom) is definitely showing its age. They've done obvious paint and patch work, but everything is functional. The bed and pillows were too firm for me, but the hubby liked them! The hotel is on a large road, so we heard cars and honking a lot, but you'll hear lots of honking in Giza!

Everything was very nice. The location and view of the hotel, the employees and the service they offered were perfect. They were very satisfied with everything, including my wife and my 6-year-old son. We would also like to thank my son for his attention. They also provided us with guidance. Actually, I was a little shy at first because we usually travel by ourselves without a guide. But our guides taha and mithat provided the better service as a trip could be. Everything we wanted was brought into place in the best way without exception. We never experienced security or any other concern. That's why we also thank them. If we come to Cairo again, we will not look for another option.
