We were lucky to be on a high floor so had great views of the pyramids & this helped with some of the traffic noise from the very busy road. There are also very nice views from the rooftop which is a pleasant area to sit even though the pool was out of action during our stay in February. The staff were all very helpful. We found the location to be convenient as it is near the pyramids & the new Egyptian Museum & there was no shortage of Ubers to get everywhere.

It is on a busy street & there is some traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel but then you do get the views of the pyramids.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the pyramids, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing — everyone was very kind and attentive, both at breakfast, reception, and restaurant.

The street outside is very noisy and a bit dirty. The area feels a little uncomfortable, especially for women walking alone, with a lot of staring. However, the hotel staff was always supportive and helpful when going outside.

Amazing breakfast - five star international and local breakfast buffet. Short walk to Pyramids. Staff crazy helpful and sweet all the time and a lovely atmosphere and attitude - very professional set up. Reception guy Ahmed Aymen - went out of his way helping us two or three times - thanks to all you guys inc the other Ahmed, Habiba and Muhumad. Pyramid view from the room and the terrace.

Genuinely nothing to not like.

Was a very nice breakfast, plenty to eat. The view of the pyramids from the terrace was absolutely spectacular . It was worth going just for the view alone. The price of food was reasonable too in the hotel. And I enjoyed what I had.

Excellent staff specially Mr.Ahmad Ayman reception Alaa Bell man he is so polite and helpful my room was upgraded free and checked out time late was allowed, it was lovely stay because of helpful staff good food at rooftop with pyramids view and nice location ⭐️

Great location and view of the pyramids from the bedroom! Comfortable bed, nice shower, definitely great value for money. Not to mention, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. :)

Unfortunately the pool was out of order during our stay! Bathroom has a lack of ventilation, so had an odd smell, but very manageable haha

We were not aware that the hotel did not serve alcohol. We thought that a large hotel with description of rooftop bar we would be able to get a beer or wine. It did not spoil our overall stay but that information would have influenced our choice of hotel when booking

Really close to the pyramids in an area with lots to do. Nice and big comfortable rooms. Rooftop terrace is a big plus, really nice view over the pyramids. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was good if you're not vegan. Hotel is clean, my room was big and it's pretty central.

There weren't any vegan options for breakfast. The hotel is on a main avenue so if you book the rooms with a view to the pyramids, your window will be right there and you won't be able to sleep as cars beep all night non-stop.
