Super friendly and helpful staff, close to pyramids, freshly prepared omelette at breakfast and good variety of western and Egyptian breakfast choices, close to Mena House Hotel where we ate a few times. The mattresses were very comfortable. Loved that they could provide a triple room with 3 single beds for our children, that room was also spacious. We were grateful to change our double room with the only window to a dark shaft to another smaller room, but with better ventilation and more natural light.

There was no sign of the Hotel, the pictures of the terrace with views of pyramids is a bit misleading as the terrace belongs to the Elite Hotel and can only be accessed at certain times like after their breakfast hours. Cairo is noisy so best to bring earplugs to muffle the call for prayer, cockerel and dog barking sounds at night. There is construction work around the building, no issue with noise, but unsightly.

The hospitality made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff. Breakfast was a fantastic feast with a warm welcome. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 13, although 13 is classed as an adult or student. Our room, 211 was a superb family 2 bedroom..cleaned everyday and lots of bottled water. The room had new furniture and new comfy beds. AMAZING tours all organised from 3 days Cairo to 2 days in Luxor. The guides and drivers explained everything clearly..just wish we had more time, as there is so much to see. Amr organised everything and we can't thank him enough.. even managed to organised luxor and a Balloon ride. Thanks to Kalifa and all the staff

Stayed in here for 4 nights, and I was very happy with how nice the staff was. My suite/room was spotless clean, breakfast was impressive with a lot of variety. Always someone at the reception to help me with questions (for sightseeing) or practical requests. I also like that it is in a somewhat quiet street, so after a busy day in town you can relax back in the hotel. Close to the pyramids, but also easy acces to the centre of Cairo with Uber.

They only told me on my last day that they also had a rooftop bar ;-)

This place looks amazing, the staff is very helpful and everybody are very nice. I came to the hotel at night and the Front Desk Guy helped to delivered Egyptian food at my room. I fehlt in Cairo insecure but this place is very safety! I am 100% sure that if you stay there you will have a perfect stay as mine!

We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 kids during the hot summer months at the Jasmine Pyramides hotel and would fully recommend you do the same. The rooms are new, big, spotless clean and well aircoed and the pool is just what you need to wash off all the dirt, noise and heat of the city.  Egypt and Service are typically not a good match, but Jasmine is a clear exception to this rule. Whenever we had a small problem or question the staff put in the utmost effort to solve it and help us out.  We had lunch at the 139 restaurant (at walking distance from the hotel) with an excellent view of the pyramides. An unforgetable experience.

Environment was extremely good. Spacious room with excellent customer service led by manager Amr El Sayad and his professional staff. Thank you Amr for your professional services and taking care of my family. I acknowledge your people management and organisation skill to a very high standard. I must salute to your honesty and integrity of demonstrating high ethical values. You kept safe my iPhone 14 pro max, credit card, valuables safe and returned after i had forgotten in the reception. Please convey my best regards to hard working Mohammad, a night shit manager for his good hospitality and welcoming nature.

Nothing bad about property. Great hotel met all expectations.

Small, boutique style hotel right next to the pyramids. They were able to organize a private driver for the day for sightseeing.

No hangars in the cupboards. Communication with the staff was challenging in English.

If you want to stay close to the pyramids, I highly recommend staying here! The value is really good, and it's only a few minutes' walk from the pyramids. It's also very convenient if you want to be close to Mena House hotel where I had dinner daily. This is a boutique hotel, which means it's small but very cozy. However, the reason I gave it a rating of 10 is because of the hotel staff - they were absolutely amazing and assisted me with everything I needed. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt very supported by the hotel staff, especially thanks to Abdo, Mohamed, and Amr, who contributed to make my stay in Cairo memorable !

I was lucky enough to book my stay at jasmine hotel the hotel was amazing ..They do airport pick up and the tours organized by them are very nice and cheap ..The staffs are very friendly, the location is perfect, the decoration is amazing and new, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fast Wifi and they have a swimming pool. Thank you guys
