I recently stayed at hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

we liked the fact that it was very close to Pyramids and GEM. Staff there were really nice. Special mention about Mohamed who was at the reception on the last day when we left for airport who went beyond his duty to help us by booking an Uber for us. By now who are in Egypt would have experienced terrible way uber and other taxi drivers extort money from you. we booked an uber with credit card payment and driver on arrival refused to take us and demanded cash payment. As it was our last few hours we did not have any cash and wanted to pay by card to which he did not agree and cancelled the ride. Mohamed who came to know about this came to offer us help himself and booked us an Uber himself. View from the hotel room window of pyramids were great to wake upto. modern and new room with hot water and AC.

Even though this is not something Hotel can do but there are street dogs barking in the middle of the night, might disturb you if you are light sleeper. We did not have the breakfast as we were out of hotel both days earlier than 8am.

Room and bathroom were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast/coffee was delicious

Only minor complaint would be that water would spill onto most of the bathroom when showering

The room size is decent, we are group of five and they give us 1 twin bed where i stay and 1 triple bed for my other 3 friends. Our room has view of Pyramid from our window, i Love it. Bed are comfy, we all slept well. The room and bathroom is clean and decent, the same on what you can see in the photos, compare to other hotel’s we saw and stayed.

However, there is a smell of smoke in our room that makes us uncomfortable. Me and my friends, we never tried smoke, having a smell of smoke in our room makes us feel dizzy and nauseous.

Absolute gem in terms of monetary value and comfort. So far it’s the best hotel in Egypt we stayed in ( it’s been more than 2 weeks of travelling across the country and a lot of hotels ranging 3-5 stars). It’s new , very well designed and staff makes its wonderful because humans are humans and we always seek for great and friendly communications during the travel.

We made new friends there - Aya and Mohamed! Staff in the hotel sometimes lack basic communication skills and seems absent on normal requests, but Aya and Mohamed made our stay so comfy, we felt it like home :) when we left the hotel, on the next day we already missed the guys!

I love the personal attention and effort to satisfy all my needs. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly modern. My sleep was very sound. I definitely give it excellent rating. The staff, Rawan, Aya,Safi, Mostafa, Abdelrahman, Ahmad working together to make a super awesome team. I want to thank each one of you for a job well done. Know that everyone will be very happy and satisfied if you pick GOLD'S PYRAMID as your hotel during your stay. A special thank you to Rawan for your awesome efforts. You are appreciated.

The only that was slightly not to my liking was that there is not alot of room to move around in my room. There was three beds in my room that took alot of space.

I have been to Cairo three times and have stayed at Gold's Hotel. It is the best. The staff are made up of such beautiful people. I would like to give a special thanks Iyaa in reception, Sofi keeper of hotel and cook, Mohammed and Abd Al Rahman. This team was so genuinely helpful. We was there for three days and enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed another day. They truely made use feel like we were family. Beautiful and model facility. When we return to Cairo, we will certainly book Gold's Pyramid Hotel.

(The location is amazing Pyrimds view. The staff is super friendly.) I loved the location, close to the pyramids. The welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff to ensure your stay is good and help organize tours. The receptionist Aya was friendly and asked how was my stay during my last day at breakfast. My tour guide was soooo amazing she took me to the famous pyramids and Egyptian history locations. I also had wonderful driver , who made sure I was safe and got to my destinations. Other workers were nice as well and took me around the area to get lunch.

Good reception from stuff esp Ahmad made our stay so fabulous. The pickups & drops to hotel, attractions and airport were timely. The hotel is extremely nice with clean facilities. It’s the best amongst all hotels we stayed in Giza. I highly recommend. Great value for your money

I initially had booked it for 2 nights, but once I stayed it was so clean and nice, therefore I had decided to stay up until the end of my Egypt stay. Its exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly and accomadating. Special thanks to Ahmed for assisting and helping thru out the stay.
