The property was new . Ali was very helpful and very attentive to my needs . Location is perfect ..near the pyramids and the grand museum.its very VALUE for my money as breakfast was also included the price I overall paid . It was also a plus to have Tea and coffee ☕️ facilities in my room . Special thanks to Ali Deimos the night shift who gave me a room with a window front of the main road and overlooking the pyramid. It was a bonus from him indeed .what I’ve originally book was a room with no pyramid view .

No one came to clean my room all throughout my stay. The tea and coffee and water was never replaced although I have to go and tell the staff to top it up which they did . There was work going on in the hotel which Lead to the loss of internet for few hours No bar No restaurant In this 3 star hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Crown Hotel Giza Pyramids, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The view of the big pyramids from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience.the room has all facilities you can ask for internet connection was great has a wide range getting all corners in the room the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable . From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, as it truly offers an unparalleled combination of stunning views and exceptional service .

Firstly l loved the location and the view from my room, where l can see the pyramids immediately,Its just a fantastic hotel with a fancy and new furniture in both the room and the lobby. Moreover, the breakfast food quality was so good and varied, the hotel is so hygiene and clean. People working there also are so kind and helpful, they helped me so much and gave me many information about the country and best restaurants, directions and many other things. I do recommend this hotel as l think it has many advantages such as the place, employees kindness and the breakfast menu and the food quality.

This is my best stay ever. Their humanity, their kindness has no limit. The first time I stepped in I felt so comfortable with Ali who helped me settle even though they were full booked. I felt like i am with siblings. From the manager, Ali who help with anything you need in Egypt, his son who is always willing to help, the smily George who was always up to ask if I need anything and Noor who will always take care of anything you want. I spent 16 days and I will be back for sure. Rooms are so clean and the breakfast is tasty. It's worth the price. Thank you the team.

Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Egypt, this hotel has been the best. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, fairly priced, and welcoming place to stay in Cairo, especially near the Pyramids. The hotel is incredible value for money. It’s clean, cozy, and the Wi-Fi is super fast and reliable - a rare find in Egypt! What truly sets this place apart is the team’s honesty, warmth, and genuine care. The hotel manager Ali listens carefully to your needs and ensures the whole team provides the highest level of service. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, and nothing is ever too much to ask. Even when I had a special request, staff did everything they could to help. They are very fair, not charging for extra assistance, which again is rare in Egypt and I really appreciated it. Guests even receive little gifts upon departure - beautiful bookmarks with Egyptian symbols of success. Highly recommend this hotel!

the hotel is brand new and very very clean. great shower, good beds. Simple and tasty breakfast. Thank you very much to Ali for the welcoming us, this man knows how to receive guests, unobtrusive, pleasant person. And thanks to Fatma for the breakfasts.

All was good, we did not had window in the room, thanks to this there was no street noise.

1. The location was very central and very near the pyramids and not very far from the museums as well. It had supermarkets which was 5 minutes away and a shop that's 30 seconds away from the hotel (just go to the right side and you'll see it). 2. If you wanted to have activities or visit certain places in Egypt the staff was very quick and easy to help with that. It felt very safe to be there. 3. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff which was there to help me at my stay in the hotel. Mr Ali, George, Mohammed, Ali and the other staff that worked there was very respectful and helped me with every question that I had. 4. If I ever came back to Egypt I would have stayed in the same hotel. I had a nice time and for the price I believe it was a win - win. 5. With confidence I would recommend this hotel if you plan on travelling to Egypt. You will be met with kindness and the staff will answer all the questions you have (which they did for me).
