Ciao hotel is the best place on earth for me. Perfect for people who love quite and calm atmosphere, with great rooms, great swimming pool, great beach, but above all that, great people (it was my 9th time in Sinai, first time in Ciao). From the first moment me and my family understood that we are not guests, we are part of the family. The food was amazing as well, not classic hotel food, but more like eating at your Egyptian Beduian mother's kitchen, fresh, tasty and so generous and full of love. My kids didn't want to leave the place, me neither. We'll visit soon again. I used to have vacations in greece, Thailand and Romania, I fly for free.. but this is definitely my 1st chioce, even if it takes 7 hours for me to get there.

We love our stay very much the place managed by its owner and they are very kind family we feel like home 🏡 very clean the sea is pureee and there is a snorkeling spot 5 min walk from the beach 🏖 the staff are very kind and the place is quite cozy and comfortable you will enjoy the real Sinai atmosphere ☀️ we booked for a half board and the food was amazing 😻 its so delicious 🤤 and tests like mom’s food 🥘

a lot of mosquitoes in these area so prefer to bring your OFF and any tool to help you p.s . the staff offered Kito and electrical racket for free 💜

The hotel is located in about 5 minutes away from the commercial center of the city of Nubeiba, on a private beach, with a great marine life, great spot for snorkeling or free diving. it has a big nice pool. the staff was polite and fun to hang out with (we were the only guests in the hotel, so the only interaction was with the staff).

Transportation to and from the hotel is a problem. if you plan on going out, I suggest you ask as many taxi providers as you can, and haggle about the price of the fare. some rooms has no TV.

The staff is amazing and they're always doing their best to provide the best service possible. They're very hostile and I really liked the place and the vibes in addition to the calm environment and pool. I also liked that there are more than one place within the hotel to just sit and chill.

You probably need beach shoes as the reefs are really much and u may hurt ur leg however the sea is clear and amazing.

Very hospitably and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night because of delay with the boat, but we felt so very welcome. The garden and surroundings have a very nice 'female touch' and you can swim and see the corals of the Red sea right from the property. There are not many guests in this area because of the situation but it is all very safe here. It is not all new or very luxury, but the price is very moderate and a good Breakfast and WiFi included.

The room door does not close easily.

The staff and the comfort and ease of the experience is what made our stay so special. The staff are super accommodating and just nice, hospitable people. They get to know you and make you feel special. And you get to know them: Ibrahim, Om Maryam, Maryam and Milad were awesome! The size of the place, not too big, not too small, makes you feel at home pretty quickly. Walking from the room, to the terrace, to the pool, the bar, the beach... It's all there for you to lounge around and take in the Sinai experience. The pool was a huge hit with the kids!

Like said before me, this place is not clean. Especially the rooms. But I knew what to expect from the reviews, so I lowered my expectations. There are mosquitos, so bring repellent. I was also a little disappointed from the food. It's standard Sinai food, but I feel they can do better: More selection and variety of dishes, especially more healthy stuff (less oily), larger portions.

Shower curtains were too short so the water leaked all over the bathroom Food was super slow to prepare but that is common to Sinai Two of us came home with diarrhoea that lasted for a couple of days. We ate at multiple places outside the hotel so we can’t tell whether it was contracted there.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever met! The food was really great and the price is worth it. I was very easy getting what we needed (towels, food, toilet paper...) and the service is fast and nice. The AC works perfectly well and the wifi in the dining room is great. Will surely be returning again, thanks for everything! 😄

The only things that bothered us, was that the room wasn't very clean and the wifi in the rooms is not really good, but these are not a deal breaker. Beside that, everything is really great and it is really worth the price!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The people that run the hotel are amazing. Don’t dine at an outside restaurant because the food here is prepared by Miriam and it’s amazing. We had some car trouble getting there and they even called to check on us on our way back to Cairo. It was such a comfortable stay, it felt like being with family.

The property is great, but if you’re expecting a luxury hotel this isn’t for you. In a city that mainly has camps available to stay in this is an upgrade from a camp.

Lovely pool area and very close to the beach. The building is very dated but was clean, it is more comfortable than beach huts in the area. The options in the area are limited and this was adequate, the pool is really the selling point. Staff were helpful but English is limited.

Ordered breakfast at 8.30, had a ferry to get and we had to leave without eating as 45minutes later we were still waiting.
