First of all would thanks Miss "Marwa" , she was very professional and helpful. As for the stay, it was very nice weather from 11-02-2024 to 15-02-2024 with a lot of sun ☀️ The room was cleared daily and it was very comfortable and large! All the service around is very accurate and accessible, the cleaning and gardening around was done perfectly, which makes comfortable stay. Very good beach, Pools & an Amzing Lagoon ⛱️ Very nice restaurant of the hotel with very good Chefs, all the food was very tasty and it was in the way "all you can eat". Thanks!

There is no heated pool, weak Wi-Fi

The staff behavior was pretty good.

The gym is unavailable (just from 10:00 AM) There are not enough facilities/interest for children. The WIFI is bad. And the cleaner knocked at the door multiple times while we were sleeping. The employees in the reception didn't tell us all the information regarding the “Wakala” place (it was closed and they sent us to hang out there )

The staff was great Islam Polina and Ahmed. Very kind and positive. The hotel is beautiful. The pools and the beach are great. And the bars are open for service almost all day.

In terms of food, there is not enough variety. Need more international options.

A mazing beach, alo to turtles, staff very friendly.

The camel in hotel not have water and food, he stay alone and suffer. Food can be better.

The hotel's facilities, the views, the beach and the rooms are amazing. The food is tasty and served with high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The two things I can comment on: - We couldn't get any service / refreshments or snacks by the sea or the lagoon, you have to go by yourself to the pool's bar and get it from there! - Generally, the food is very nice, but the quality of the desserts section at dinner is way below expectations in terms of taste and looks. Please consider enhancing it.

-Specious rooms -Extremely good value for money

-We couldn’t receive more than 1 key per room. -Jar for soft drinks should be placed in the dinning rooms. -Ice must be part of the all inclusive package, doesn’t make sense to charge for it.

We had a Junior Suite which was spacious, perfectly located and with a beautiful view. Romantic dinner on the lake pier was amazing thanks to Abdelaziz excellent service and nice personality.

Not enough sun beds when the hotel is fully crowded with so many guests. Same problem with the dining room seats. Pool bar service is too slow and standing in a ridiculously long line for an ice-cream is quite humiliating.
