Truly I have no words how to express how happy we were. All the stuff were friendly and like a family to us. Many Thanks to Menna the guest relation employee, many thanks to her for staying in touch we us even before we reach the hotel. Many thanks to Ragab, the artist. The rooms was stunning and shinning everyday. And many thanks to the beautiful entertainment team. Each day they had a beautiful and new shows to preform. At last many thanks to the dinning room stuff and the cooks especially the one who cooks the eggs. Very delicious and well done. They were so friendly. Truly they made our stay so comfortable and happy.

First of all would thanks Miss "Marwa" , she was very professional and helpful. As for the stay, it was very nice weather from 11-02-2024 to 15-02-2024 with a lot of sun ☀️ The room was cleared daily and it was very comfortable and large! All the service around is very accurate and accessible, the cleaning and gardening around was done perfectly, which makes comfortable stay. Very good beach, Pools & an Amzing Lagoon ⛱️ Very nice restaurant of the hotel with very good Chefs, all the food was very tasty and it was in the way "all you can eat". Thanks!

There is no heated pool, weak Wi-Fi

The staff behavior was pretty good.

The gym is unavailable (just from 10:00 AM) There are not enough facilities/interest for children. The WIFI is bad. And the cleaner knocked at the door multiple times while we were sleeping. The employees in the reception didn't tell us all the information regarding the “Wakala” place (it was closed and they sent us to hang out there )
