*The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and caring, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. *Snorkeling was fantastic! The coral reef is conveniently close to the beach, and we were lucky enough to spot an octopus. *The room had a breathtaking view, and the sunsets were unforgettable. *The heated pool was nice, especially in cool weather. *Breakfast croissants with honey are a must-try, as is the delicious seafood at Nelson Restaurant’s à la carte menu. *Fjord Bay is just a 12-minute drive from the hotel, perfect for a quick getaway.

There wasn’t much variety in the food and drink options, but the quality was good.

All the facilities in the hotel are amazing. The staff starting from the front desk, restaurant, the pool, the bar and the house keeping are very helpful. The sense of hospitality is very high. They have great customer service. Will totally recommend this place and will definitely revisit once come to Egypt.

Yusef was very welcoming and so was the rest of the reception crew. It was very nice to see smiling faces and a warm welcome in genral after a long walk crossing the border. when I left, Karim was very pleasent and quick to check me out of my room. Will come back again for sure!

I did not know that Eygept did not change 1 hour back yet in their time zone and I missed breakest in 1 hour as a result of mis-matching clock on my phone. I brought it up to the reception and did not recieve any kind of compensation. other than that, everything was very pleasing and peaceful in the hotel environment.

My experience at Nelson Restaurant in Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village was very disappointing. The wait time for our food was excessively long, and several dishes served did not match what we had ordered. To make matters worse, the final bill was full of errors, including charges for dishes that were mistakenly prepared and mix-ups between different families' orders. The entire billing process was confusing and unprofessional. I hope management takes steps to improve the service and billing accuracy, as this negatively impacted our dining experience

The hotel is very nice, clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel staff in general are very attentive, polite and service oriented, breakfast is good with big variety. I have to mention Osama at the Nelson beach snack bar, Osama is very polite, service oriented and have very good attitude to guests even the unpleasant ones :)

Verry High exchange rate when you pay in shekels the difference is 20% and more the best would be paying in $ !! Dinner at the dinning wasn't good, there was variety but the taste and quality are very low quality.

I have been coming to this location for decades . I always look forward to my next trip ! All the staff are very friendly and helpful . I am looking forward to my next trip !

The room .

The food can be better , we payed 40 shekels for 2 redbull . The beer is bad , there is nothing to eat on the beach without paying during the day expect for that one hour .

Great hotel. Team is very accommodating. Food is good, with many options. We took the all inclusive package and it was more than enough. We will definitely come back, as the overall experience was amazing!

If we have to be very picky, (1) Internet connection was OK, not great. For Israelis crossing the border, i think they don't even need to change SIM and simply continue use own mobile plan. (2) Smoke smell from the Casino is spreading into the Lobby bar, which is unfortunate.

Actually it was the first time to be here. In 5⭐ hotel I didn't get used to stay. Everything well organized. Staff polite and friendly and open anytime for a small talk. They know what they're there for. Witnessed a conversation between a rude guest and the bartender of the pool and it was a kind of great to see how he managed the problem. We came to celebrate the 10th birthday of our twins...and the staff of the lounge organized a heartwarm surprise for them. Not only a nice b.day cake, but the singer on the stage just stopped her program to dedicate a b.day song for the girls and some of the waiters arounded as to celebrate.🥰 The swimmingpool is nice, filled up with seawater. Personally preferred to swim in the sea. They're some rock inside of the swimming are so worth of taking set of snorkel set. Even without swimming is possible to watch the corals and fishes.

It was something we didn't understand. My search in Booking was as 2 adult, 2 youngs...and we received a room with a double bed+a single one🤨. But not because of any mistake of the hotel staff. Some kind of misunderstanding between the two companies, I guess. 4 persons are 4 even though part of them are children. Laying down to sleep we need beds for 4. They're no any extra bed solution in the hotel, only to reserve extra room. Of course WE decided to choose it and somehow we managed it, didn't bother us that much, but not all of the guest have that much patience. Paying for 4 person and getting only 3 beds!!!😲🤔

Great location what makes the hotel great is the staff - very nice and kind people, especially the receptionist and the Bar at the lobby guys. . Food is good and fresh as well, good options to choose from. coffee in the Bar is very tasty. we were the only 2 girls at the resort, the rest of the visitors were families and couples. and we felt very safe and got help with everything we needed. We arrived earlier than expected and they helped us to get into our room few hours earlier before 14:00 . They make sure everything is clean right away. It is worth visiting again :)

All- Inclusive doesnt really include everything. does not include bottled drinks and beverages after midnight. ..If you want to try out the other restaurants at the resort so no need to take All-Inclusive deals . I dont think its worth it. They offer free Wi-Fi in the entire resort, but its a bit weak and slow
