An atmospheric and comfortable hotel located in the southern part of Eilat, slightly away from the center, which allows for a great rest. Clean, spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Very nice reception staff, helpful breakfast staff. The breakfasts are insane :) everything is tasty and a huge selection. The swimming pool and the proximity of the beach are conducive to relaxation. The center of Eilat can be reached by bus number 30 and the bus stop is right outside the hotel . It would be fantastic if the restaurant was open in the afternoon, even with a shortened menu. However, there is a Fish Market and an Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Recommends choosing this hotel!

Everything was great, location, the room, facilities, view, the food, the beach... Everything! We enjoyed late check out due to shabbat (it's at 2 pm instead of 11 am). We rented bikes and snorkeling masks for free. The sea was quite chilly (well it's January though), but we still swam a bit and saw the most wonderful fishes. It's an unforgettable experience! Thanks a lot! As for the food, everything was fresh and tasty, I would totally recommend breakfasts. The room is super cozy, warm and quiet. It provided two bottles of water and cookies, as well as a coffee machine and an electric kettle. And the balcony! What a view, just stunning! So thanks again for the stay, we'd love to come back!

Location. Always loved this location whichever chain was running it. This is my hotel in Eilat. Simple with large rooms and right on beach. The breakfast was great, and I loved that they served till 11am. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were old spring mattresses. After we had one full of lumps they switched mattresses and it was better. Still, for a five star hotel, offering very little 5 star services, I expect a good nights sleep on a good, relatively new mattress.

The overall experience was vey pleasant. We had a great start to the day with a delicious breakfast, followed by the enjoyment of our clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel takes pride in maintaining cleanliness not only in the rooms, but throughout the hotel. In addition, the staff is known for their kindness and friendliness, always ready to help you. The hotel is very close to its own private beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand and sea just a stone's throw away. Although the hotel's location may be a little far from the main area of ​​Eilat, we prefer this aspect as it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

There is a limited amount of parking available, and guests are required to pay for parking outside the hotel. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms appears to be relatively outdated. We specifically booked a room with a private pool, but unfortunately, the pool is not well-maintained and could benefit from better cleanliness and renovation.

The staff members are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The hotel is very clean, the beach in front of the hotel with the facilities is amazing and the breakfast is delicious. We booked a room with a partial pool and they upgraded us for the room with a private pool which made our stay so wonderful . We’ll definitely stay there again in our next time in Eilat.

I absolutely LOVED the Reef Hotel in Eilat. I had very few expectations for an August trip to Eilat which is usually overcrowded and chaotic in addition to boiling hot. However, our experience at the Reef Hotel changed my entire perspective. The location is ideal - on the beach. The facilities are great - pleasant pool and the BEST BREAKFAST I ever experienced at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. However, the best part of the experience was the staff. Everyone including the cleaners, the lovely lady making the morning omelets, the front desk personnel, the pool staff and the management (hotel and dining room) were beyond amazing. Even though the hotel was filled to capacity with lots of families and children, the staff was always pleasant, smiling and helpful. They never seemed stressed or annoyed. Also, the guests were pleasant and polite to one another... simply a wonderful hotel and experience. I can't wait for my next visit.

I really have zero complaints.

We love everything about this hotel, the staff, the location, the food, the room, the price, it's perfect for us. No wonder why we go there 3 times a year :) In fact, we like it so much I didn't want to give such a great review for fear it would lead to less availability and an increase in prices.

Maintenance, they don't invest much there, and it's a shame. Also, would have been great to have a small playroom for the kids to spend the hotter hours of the day.

Excellent breakfasts, wonderful pool, great room. Most of the staff are welcoming, friendly and ready to help. Many thanks to the receptionist Abigail for her help. This is an excellent hotel and we plan to return again.

The receptionist, Alon, checked us in upon arrival, which almost ruined our first impression of the hotel. His tone and manner of speaking do not suit the high level of the Reef Hotel.

Everything. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing. With so much to choose from. Beds are super comfortable. The deck looking to the sea is great. The rooms are spacious with a great terrace facing the sea. We got upgraded to a room with view. They have bikes and sup you can take for free.

The location is very close to the beach. Live Greek music at the breakfast and the breakfast itself. Very nice to get a call one day before the check in.

The facility needs a better maintenance. Lots of broken facilities. Didn’t get a late check out although the hotel was not very busy. No effort was made to accommodate the request. On the other days the reception staff was very nice.
