Location is good, 5 minutes walk to the city center, shopping center and bolivard. The staff was very nice and very helpful & attentive. The bed was comfortable & the shower was new renovation. I needed a clean comfy bed and a shower so it was good. If u wish to stay in the room, spend time in it I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was poorly furnished. No cabinets at all. I had ant in my room the entire stay and the cleaning was only before u get the key. I was there for a week so I find it not satisfying.

I had a fantastic stay at Rich Luxury Suites in Eilat. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the main attractions. The suites are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The price was adequate and the room was comfortable enough

Some common areas need deeper cleaning. Also, the process for self-check in has to be clearer. Moreover, they say they won't withdraw money from the credit card (as you can pay in cash at the palce) but they did it. I told them i wanted to pay in cash but when I contacted them to pay they said they'd had withdrawn the money. They offer to cancel the payment and return the money but that would have taken much time to get the money back.

The location Is practically a stone's throw from the sea and the premises of the beach center,the rooms are clean and the road Is very quiet, breakfast in a structure of the same chain a few minutes walk,is a real delight with typical and continental dishes.The staff a friendly,always available to every request,the swimming pool Is always clean.I enjoyed staying.I think i Will return. The location is great! No problem with finding a parking on the street. The staff was very helpful

There are no cullery of any kind (no spoons, forks, plates, glasses etc' ), but there is a kettle. So one needs to bring his own disposable kitchen tools.

Check in is very comfortable and quick. Also automatic, you can get the keys late night, no need for the reception. The place by itself located in a very good location. Store is very close, sea and downtown. Number is nice, good bed, also small microwave , plates, glasses for water. Also for additional price you can get breakfast in the main building of the same hotel chain. The breakfast is pretty nice!!! Very israeli, lot of salads, shakshuka etc.

The bathroom was not renovated. Ceiling on top was not renovated.

Location in relative city centre (like 10 minute walk from bus station), self-check-in and check-out, cold water dispenser available nonstop in the "lobby", soft drink vending machine outside the building

very poor WiFi internet connection in room 102, needed to sit in the corridor in order the be able to use the internet. Quite difficult to get warm water in the shower (either cold or almost boiling water was pouring from the shower).

Nice location. Great sea view from the 3rd floor. The room was with the tiny and nice balcony. Very close to the beach and shopping area.

The name of the hotel doesn’t suites its real conditions. It’s not rich and not luxury. There was only one lady as the staff, but always busy doing everything. I tried to find glasses to make some tea, because there was teapot in the room, but without success.

For the cheapest price you get clean bed sheets and a roof. staff was friendly Old and a little smelly apartment. Some stains, old paint and some broken not maintained furniture. (It didn't matter to us because all the important things was there ) nice shower with hot water . Overall a very good place for the cheapest price . Breakfast was good, all the basic things are there ( about 7 minute drive from the hotel)

It was the best service. I was really surprised. I was looking for a place like this where I, my children, and my husband could relax. I promise to return to the same place whenever I have the opportunity. Thank you for hosting them.
