reception staff were very friendly and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. they upgraded one of the 5 rooms we booked, for free, and gave us late checkout to 3 of the 5 rooms.

restaurant management were very rude and unprofessional. they didn't do the bare minimum of checking that we paid for dinner and kept rudely telling us we were not allowed to dine. restaurant manager yelled at employees in front of us even though the restaurant staff were doing an amazing job and doing their best to serve all guests. restaurant staff were well trained and very welcoming. they don't deserve to be treated this badly by their management in front of guests.

All staff was amazing and improved my stay and rating for this hotel. Pools are clean and over all cleanness is very good. The view is amazing and the beach is so big. So many pools so it is never crowded. Our room had a very beautiful view .

Not suitable for those with leg injury (too many stairs and long walking distances and gulf cars were only parked and not moving within facility) the food was not good specially the dinner buffet was bad and cold . The breakfast was fairly decent! They told me the room is renovated in a new building, but didn’t seem so at all! The bed pillows are not comfortable at all. The bathroom didn’t have a bidet or anything to wash after using toilet! The. Had to wait at the reception for 3 hours even though It was not crowded and informed them a few days before my arrival that I need the room early and that I have a small child with me .

Very nice place, the pools are good, the master bedroom can be closed. The food was good and there is a nice area to walk around the block. We took breakfast&dinner, our only complaint on kitchen is there are only very sweet juice in the evening, would be nice to have tea or coffee (even Nescafe). I suppose they push you to buy their very bad wine for 10 euro per glass.

I've paid for sea view apartment but I had no sea view in my bedroom because 1. Curtains were broken and impossible to open. They could not fix it so I took the curtains off, but: 2. Windows in our bedroom were very dirty, I've asked to clean it THREE times but they there unable to clean the windows because there was a mosquito net screwed from outside AND the window was broken at the same time and could not be open. Why would you have a mosquito net on a window that's impossible to open? I could unscrew mosquito net from the balcony or go complain 4th time but I've decided I don't want to waste my vacation on it. P.S. it's very difficult to find sunbeds after 8am

The hotel is really clean and the staff does everything to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great location, in front of the sea.

Not a lot of vegan options, for example at the restaurant on the beach there was just 1 vegetarian option otherwise you have to eat at the buffet. At the breakfast buffet as well there wasn’t any dairy free milk or pastries. Adding some dairy free options would be really appreciated for vegan/ lactose intolerant people.

The resort has a great potential, with multiple swimming pools, located on the beachfront. We booked a Superior room and we got quite a spacious room with some sofa and extra bed for our daughter and a big terrace (which we did not use anyway because it was too hot).

The bathroom had quite a lot of mold everywhere, the ceiling in the room was breaking a little and paint was falling off. The rooms could definitely use a renovation, as they do not match the 5* hotel standard. Also the "reservation" of sun beds of some idiots with their towels before the breakfast was not controlled by the hotel staff, leaving very limited options for normal people.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Tala Bay Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the beautiful location made my time there unforgettable. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service. I want to give special thanks to Yazan, whose hospitality truly made my experience remarkable. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care are a perfect reflection of the high standards at Grand Tala Bay Hotel. I left with amazing memories and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

The experience was so good, though the temperature was too high I would like to thank the exceptional service from staff who were so friendly and so professional. I would like to mention here Ms Majida at reception, Mr Habib and Mr Ahmad at Aziab restaurant, Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ammar at pool snack bar, Mr Fadi for his professionalism and out of the box solutions... for sure I will not forget the extremely delicious breakfast and dinner buffet in addition to all snacks and dishes at pool bar.. I would highly recommend Grand Tala Bay for its calm location, great pools and beautiful beach. A walking distance from Tala bay Marina

We got upgraded to a better room for free which was amazing!

Few areas are looking a bit run down and at dinner it was a little confusing. We didn’t realise we had to pay for dinner and got hit with a hefty fee of around 30JD for a buffet in which the food wasn’t great. Needs more selection on food. If we had known it was this expensive we would have gone elsewhere for dinner.

Quite nervous when we saw some of the reviews but i really don't know where they came from. Our stay in Grand Tala Bay Resort was very outstanding. It doesn't do under for comparable resorts in Egypt for example, which stands for luxury, comfort and service. We got a room with terrace viewing over the see and pool and this room was large, good A/C, nice beds and large clean bathroom. Breakfast was very various with lots of choices and the staff in general is absolutely helpfull and friendly. A special thanks to Mohammad Z, from the front office, which really understands what guest relations means. He was very friendly and make our stay even more better. Highly recommended when you want to enjoy luxury during your trip trough Jordan. I will come back for sure!
