The lobby is really nice and cozy. For my stay I booked a family suite it was great . It was clean . And I asked for extra mattress which I found in the room once I checked in . I liked the complementary sweets😍. And the breakfast menu was delicious 😋.

If the room had an extra living room or reception area that would have been better. There were two chairs and a small table, but a sofa would have been more comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are small in size . The fridge could use more snacks or chocolates. Even though, I found a note regarding cleaning the room which states that residents can contact the lobby and ask for cleaning, but in my opinion housekeeping should also make a rotational check.

The staff at the City Tower Hotel in particular Fade and Leizl, made this an exceptional experience. Fade is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and took a lot of time to tell us places to visit. Leizl gave fantastic customer service when helping us with our meals and was just so friendly. The food was great, so much! The room was a good size and very clean.

We had Family Suite so our place was very big, clean and we also had a sea view. The varity of food for breakfast was really huge from Arabic tastes to European. Behind hotel we eat amazing fish on the street but there are dinners served at the hotel if needed. Walking distance to shops and to the beach. To swim on the beach 'european style' its better to drive to public beach which is more south.

1. The entire staff was awesome. Friendly, helpful, and always good spirits and special thanks to Hanan Issa she was very friendly and helpful. 2. Rooms was clean and views was very very wonderful , they have a nice house keepers , which they take care about rooms cleans .

I'm not satisfied about breakfast and restaurant , because breads wasn't fresh and it was dry , coffee was cold and not hot as we like , tables wasn't total clean , and there was some hotel guests smoking in the restaurant ,

The staff were very good and helpful, we were allowed a late check out and use of pool even after check out. The room was spacious, in excellent condition and cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent and we made very good use of the pool and sauna. There is a short walk to the beach about 7 mins.

There was an issue getting ideal water temperature in shower and the Wi-Fi would not always have good connection.

We stayed 3 nights at City Tower Hotel and, for sure, it was the perfect choice. The hotel, right near Aqaba Fort, is perfect situated and the rooms are offering a very nice view to the sea. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and we had a very good sleep after long days în Petra and Wadi Rum. The food was very good(we had a half board package). Also, the staff, very friendly and polite. We'll be back in Aqaba and 110% we'll choose City Tower Hotel again. Tips: very good coffe on the street back of the hotel. There is a guy with a small kiosk and the coffee is fantastic. Into the city, if you want a beer or a good wine, Ali Baba restaurant is the perfect place.

great view over old fort and jordan flag and the ocean, walking distance to shops and food, easy for hotel to call taxis. no direct access to beach or any outdoor pool but hotel is affiliated to a beach club you can go to. on-site pool is indoors. breakfast was fairly okay. room service was good and reasonable prices. spacious and clean rooms. loved you could open the windows! hotel staff very friendly and helpful! I was probably the only solo western female traveling there at that time.

smoking in the lobby - but that is Jordan, not only this hotel. A bit far from Tala Bay if you want to be closer to beach access, but wasn't hard to get there. The hotels in Tala bay had mixed reviews for their prices, City Towers was better value for money.

A very nice hotel, close to the public beach, great view of the Red Sea - it is a place where three countries meet and you can watch this beautiful scenery from the window of your room which was also very, nice and comfortable. We had everything what we needed for our stay in the room, even a lot of extra things, such as some snacks - fresh fruits, flavoured nuts and also minibar which was included in the price for the room. Everyone was very smiley and kind in the hotel, we felt like we were very important guests all the time. The food was really great, tasty and variable. The stay in this hotel was really nice and I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend peaceful and nice holidays in Aqaba. The hotel is situated in the city center as well what makes it even more convenient for tourists who want to try the real Jordan atmosphere

The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, healthy, fresh food, good variety of western and middle eastern food. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate one of the kids in our group who has food allergies. The room was well laid out, the toiletries provided were more than typical hotels, there was snacks and water in our room upon arrival, and the view was beautiful. We arrived early and were treated to complimentary hot and cold drinks while we rested in the lobby.
