This hotel and the city itself definitely deserve the attention of tourists! The staff is very polite and friendly. Excellent breakfasts! Magnificent sea view from the restaurant! Having breakfast every morning with a sea view is wonderful! The room was clean. At the reception you can get recommendations on tourist locations. They helped me organize diving and for a fair price (payment by bank card is possible). Good hotel location. Parking on the street around the hotel is free, but there are not always spaces. Overall, everything was nice. Thank you!

The room size could be a little bigger.

We had such a lovely experience with an incredibly kind and helpful staff! We originally booked for just one night, but we decided to extend our stay for another night. The hotel team went above and beyond — they arranged to spend a full day at a beach club, where we enjoyed a boat trip and went snorkeling in a beautiful spot. Everything was perfectly organized and handled with great care. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality, and we’d love to come back in the future!

Perfect location to discover Aqaba, interesting places in walking distance. We came early but it wasn’t any issue to check in earlier. We parked next to the road, opposite to the hotel and wasn’t a problem to find empty slot. Excellent choice in breakfast. Hotel is not the newest but maintain in decent condition, clean most importantly.

In the night you can choose either noise from the street or air condition, so when is very hot might be an issue.

The staff were so hospitable, they always had a smile on their faces and greeted us warmly. They helped us in getting an economical Wadi Rum tour. The food is excellent and affordable when compared to elsewhere in Jordan during our stay. The breakfast and dinner we had were superb. Being just close to the beach made the stay even more memorable and ultimately it was a money well spent.

This hotel is located in the town centre within the restaurant and shopping area of Aqaba. You reach the beach with 5 minutes walking. Convenience stores and restaurants very in a radius of 20 min walking, parking the car was possible either behind the hotel or at the front. The hotel is a little older, but comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the typical mediterranean food like yoghurt, vegetables and pita bread. Internet connection was ok.

The shower was fixed to the wall and not detachable, the water cooker did not work, a technician hat to fix the socket.

- Really nice accommodation. People very frienldy and helpful - we had to change the dates of arrival few hours before getting there and they had no problems with that. - Breakfast really good and diverse. - Really good organization to get to Berenice Private Beach, you just buy tickets from the hotel reception and schedule for a bus ride to get you there.

- rooms were a bit outdated but comfortable - bathroom (especially the shower) would need a bit of renovation - air conditioning was facing the bed directly wich made us stop it during the night and it was also leaking water

Everything was just perfect! Really very kind personal, everyone :) Very nice, spacious room, the best view ever (seaview), everything clean, every day a different creation from towels (my daughter was excited :)), strong wifi, great service at the reception with everything we ask for, very good breakfast, but local - don't expect typical European food, but I like to try local food, so good job :) Public beach right front of the hotel is mostly for locals, not so nice, but there is everyday free bus from hotel to very nice private beach Berenica (cca 15minutes from hotel - 13jod entrance/adult = special price when booked in hotel). Hotel is right in the city center with plenty of shops, restaurants etc etc.

The hotel is located conveniently near to the town centre and very close to the town's public beach. Some of the smarter hotels have their own private beaches but the public beach is much more interesting. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. We didn't use the hotel's wifi as we purchased a Zain SIM card at the airport. They give you masses of data at a very reasonable price. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly.

The cleanliness in the rooms could have been improved.

A very large, beautiful hotel, the rooms are super clean 🧼 and comfortable, cozy, there is air conditioning, a kettle, water in the room, as well as a mini-tower to choose from. I had breakfast 🍳 and it was perfect. Tea coffee to choose from, scrambled eggs as well as a lot of vegetables and fruits. Super convenient location across the road, literally the beach, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, which is very cool for me personally. The staff is very polite and hospitable. We arrived early around 9.30am and asked for luggage storage,which they provided so we could catch the free shuttle to Berenice beach club from outside.Reception said our room could be ready in 30 minutes so the early checkin was brilliant.We were given our sea view room on the 5th floor ...wow what an amazing view!! The staff at the front desk and breakfast that we met were all so friendly ,polite and helpful. . We found our 1st English TV channel (ch 2) of our 7 night Jordan trip and watched a few action movies in the evening and morning .Breakfast was great and the location absolutely perfect.We could watch boats and Pedalos below and walk everywhere .The room was lovely ,clean and very comfortable with hot water.Cheap mini bar snacks and water to.

Nothing...although it was a Friday night so a little noisy from the road early evening which some might not like but it didn't stop us having a great sleep
