Pretty well located with nice balcony view

All over outside the hotel it was full of garbage. There were a lot of construction sites around but the basic cleaning of street garbage next to the hotel walls should be a daily routine. Plastic bags and domestic garbage were laying everywhere. Nobody was bothering to clean anything outside of the doors of the hotel. The shower was over flooding in the toilet and there was water everywhere. Basic maintenance was missing. The rest was pretty much ok.

The Turquoise General Manager Name (Moayad) was very nice, helpful and provided assistance when I needed it. It was nice to speak English to him during my stay at this hotel for my business trip to Aqaba, Jordan. Also the daily staff at the check in counter desk, house keeping and breakfast staff was nice, courtesy and helpful. My bedroom balcony had a beautiful partial view of the ocean The breakfast dining area on the 7th floor had a great panoramic scenic view of the ocean. I wish I could of scene the sunset from this dining room in the early evening but it was closed.

Good location.

The breakfast was boring, there were few hot dishes to choose from, and the omelet maker was not always available. The gym is open from 10am to 6pm which is absurd. Bathrooms need refreshing and renovation. The service is quite lazy.

It’s a very nice and good looking hotel in the center of Aqaba, it’s newly open and it shows. It’s really clean and you have all the necessary facilities. The staff are really friendly and helpful, special kudos and thank you to Suleiman who helped us with our boarding passes and was very open to our feedback. Very good value for money!

It would be 2 things: The first and most important, the breakfast is really limited and poor, it’s a shame that in a country with such awesome cuisine you can only find boiled eggs and 1-2 types of salamy and sausages for breakfast. And second, the wifi signal in the rooms could be improved

The hotel is located near the main road and Acaba's attractions. There was no problem with the parking place. The staff is nice and helpful.

Given the war in the Gaza zone (which is quite far away) there were not many tourists in Jordan during our vacation and the hotel was not fully occupied. Due to the situation, breakfast which was included in the price has been made from pickles, bread, meat, cheese and eggs. There were no fresh vegetables.

The balcony had a nice view even though it was a side sea view, nice to sit outside at night. The staff was really friendly. Upstairs was really pretty where breakfast was held.

There weren’t a lot of towels and the pool was in the lowest floor so it was pretty claustrophobic.

Parking was possible directly next to the hotel on a patch of wasteland. Easy to reach from the highway. The room was large and comfortable, shower spacious and worked very well. Breakfast room on top floor of hotel, so wonderful view all round, including over the Red Sea with an outside balcony on the right. The breakfast itself was fabulous, with a chef in attendance, a good range of warm dishes to choose from, different every morning. Just down the road on the left is a street full of fish restaurants for dinner!

The TV did not work and was not repaired during our stay despite our reporting it immediately. Internet was a bit on and off, but the hotel staff re-started their internet at one point for us as it just wouldn't work, and then it worked fine. The hotel is a little distance from the centre, but walkable via the shopping area. No cafe / bar for the evening, shame as the restaurant upstairs would offer a great view!

The room was big and clean, the hotel is nicely decorated. The receptionist helpes us find a place to eat, even if we arrived at mindnight. Our room had a nice view over the city. Their is free parking area available right in front of the hotel.

The area around the hotel looks demolished and not safe at all. It is not even comparable with the city center, even if it is pretty close. The breakfast area is in the same room with the pool and the gym and it is a bit weird. Nobody was using these facilities while we had breakfast, but we imagined how would it be if someone was swimming and another person was doing their workout while we were eating.
