My friends and I spent a wonderful stay in the Golden Rose Hotel, perfectly located a few minutes away from all the most interesting spots in Aqaba. The staff was also very welcoming, answering our questions and even helping us have our first scuba diving and snorkeling experience with the diving centre located just next to the hotel.

The rooms are not very soundproof so if the other rooms host young children, it might be possible for light sleepers to be awakened by the noise.

I liked the place, the people, the activities, the vibe, etc. It is close to the sea, which is something I love. I could meet with family and friends. Overall it was a nice stay

Again, the water heater. That is how the system works in Jordan, so complain for the amount of money spent. One night also, there were some childs cracking firecrackers, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The cleanness and the kind staff

My room was on the last floor close to the roof so all the heat was concentrated in my room so it was a bit hot even with the AC, another thing that I didn't like that it's a little far from the beach and if you're travelling with children or elderly it will be hard for them to walk all that distance each time in the day, another thing the beds weren't comfy.

great location for exploring Aqaba. close to restaurants and the beach and walking distance from the Jett bus station. the bed is nice and big. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the view from the balcony is lovely and great to watch the sunset from there. hot water takes a minute to come through but once it does it’s very nice. I would stay here again.

the floor was a little dirty. you get given towels, shampoo, soap and toilet roll at reception and have to take this to your room. would be better if it was already in your room as it’s a lot to carry when you have luggage as well.

I had an excellent stay at Gallery Hostel ! The team is super nice and pro. The hostel is super pretty, with its rooftop and the beautiful decoration. The location is amazing to visit Amman, between all the small and nice coffees and beautiful streets. 100% recommended !

Decent room, especially for the price. It was clean, had a balcony, and had friends and family nearby. It is close to the city center, there is a diving center below it, etc.

Nothing much, overall it was a reyll nice stay. Maybe the fact that the water had to warm a bit before it gets hot

This is the best I’ve tried in this category so far. It will be my top choice next time.

(1) The water flows very slowly, so it takes a long time to fill the bidet. . (2) The water heater isn’t strong enough—you get warm water, but it’s not hot enough for bathing. . (3) The shower space is tiny.

It was a budget hotel booked for a night stay only. Our room ac was not working properly and the guys changed our room quickly in the night. We booked the sea view room, which had a small balcony to enjoy the view. They provided towel, toilet papers and shampoo etc at the reception during check in process. They do have a restaurant but was closed due to Ramadan.

Convenient location in the middle of town and next to minibus-station, ideal for short-term stays; free WiFi, hotel staff very helpful. Quiet sunny room with nice view (we had one with balcony), clean rooms, sufficient airconditioner.

High curbs in street preventing exiting from car, not really set up for longer stays since there is no regular housekeeping (they only clean the room and change bedding/towels upon request - just leave room key at reception and ask them to do it). Most rooms are rather dark (unless you book a room with balcony). WiFi was unstable (they tried to fix it and it was a bit better in the end). Still smoking inside the hotel although it was a non-smoking hotel... Room safe not bolted down and inoperable.
