This was an excellent place to stay - comfortable, convenient for convenience stores, cafes and restaurants, and the staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and, being from 6-9am, gave us plenty of time to eat without rushing. WiFi was good, room was clean, beds were really comfy - would happily stay there again.

Communication about an airport transfer was annoying as, despite several messages to the hotel via Booking.com's system, we didn't get confirmation until the day before we left for Jordan. Once that contact was made, they were very prompt in their responses (thankfully). My travelling companion/sister would like to see more coffee and fresh milk and less sugars!

Overall we had a wonderful stay in Jordan and the hotel was part of it. Everybody was super helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was always there to help you with anything we needed. We had an issue with mosquitoes in the room and the hotel quickly took care of it. No more mosquitos! They called a restaurant as we had made a mistake with our bill and it got sorted out so easily. The breakfast was great and we had a wonderful view from out bedroom. They provided excellent taxi drivers for us, especially Mr. Abu Gaoud. The best driver in Jordan! The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city. Highly recommended. You will be greeted with smiles and professionalism everyday.

The cleaning ladies could have done a better job cleaning the bathroom and floor everyday.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants and also the marina. The hotel was very clean, comfy beds and lovely modern en-suite bathroom. We had a balcony on the 6th floor which had amazing views over Aqaba and the Red Sea. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of food, omelettes cooked fresh in front of you with your own choice of filling. Would definitely stay again.

Room feels a bit small, aircon was a bit too noisy for the night, view to messy rooftop and construction site. There is not really free parking provided by hotel, they help you to find a parking somewhere around on public streets.

My room was large, airy welcoming. Being able to open my door and have the balcony was certainly refreshing. The dudes on the Reception were super helpful & always had a smile and a wave for me, (one guy from Egypt & the other looked like Adam Sandler). They helped me organise a trip to Berenice Beach Club (which by the way is awesome). Breakfast is good too. I walked pretty much everywhere. Lots of coffee, restaurants and little shops around close by.

Due Eid al-Fitr vacation it was pretty noisy everywhere, but that was to be expected.

The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall great experience.

The shower was not up to standard and should be replaced. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped with three beds. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we had a great stay.

Location Centre of Aqaba, Mosque, Market, Restaurant, Coffee/Shisha near to hotel. The view from Balcony was Amazing, i will share photos about this. Really, I love it. The reception is professional and cooperative, I lost my mobile with taxi and with their relationships they bring it back to me. Especially the Manager Ragheb Al-Dweik, he deals with the hotel guests in a sophisticated manner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dweik hotel Luxury, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. It was an incredible surprise that left us speechless. The suite was nothing short of amazing, with spacious and beautifully appointed rooms that exuded luxury and comfort, it was a stay that exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at the hotel were also top-notch, which is especially important in today's world. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, our stay at Dweik hotel luxury was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the helpful staff and the amazing suite upgrade. All staff are very helpful, especially Gaber at the reception. He always offers his assistance. I would also like to extend a big thank you to the manager, Mr. Ragheb, for being very accommodating. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center with easy access to everything. The room is clean, although I cannot find an English channel on the TV. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good but not much for internationals that do not like local food

The shower water pressure was very bad on cold and I ended up having an extremely hot shower that I could not handle for more than a minute and it was impossible to was my hair in such hot water as well as shower my 5 kids in such hot water
