This is a fantastic hotel, beautifully designed and with incredible customer service. The breakfast is as one of the best I had in Jordan.

I booked this hotel as it advertised a fitness centre - which was not open. Whilst I was disappointed this did not affect my stay as the service more than made up for it.

Amazing place with ultra luxury standards and wonderful comfort levels with unique designs all over the hotel. The menu is more than delicious along with it being organic. The staff is soo hospitable. I recommend this hotel for any business travel and corporate visits.

I have stayed in many hotels but none of them have come close to delivering the service that the staff at Bratus did, it was nothing short of exceptional. All of the staff were professional, attentive and kind. The rooms themselves were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated, they had clearly thought of everything. Also, I must give a special mention to Saba, she arranged for a doctor to attend when I was very sick, helped translate and was so unbelievably kind and compassionate and I couldn’t be more grateful that she was there; she is truly an asset to Bratus. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself in Aqaba.

Bratus is nothing short of being delightful and blissful. Bratus is a boutique hotel and is pretty much in downtown Aqaba. The hotel room is outstanding and comes with a small balcony. The view is just amazing from the hotel. You can literally walk to downtown and access all the restaurants and other high streets from Bratus. Front desk staff is very bright and very alive to guest requests. They speak fluent English and are there to help you and guide you with restaraunt recommendations, sightseeing attractions and more!! Check-in was super fast and check-out was equally stress free. The Hotel is world-class and is geared for meeting all a guests expectations. I stayed there just one night but I wish I had more time in Aqaba. It is a great down to explore and walk around quaint lanes and discover . Bratus Hotel was extremely comfortable and what I required before heading to the austerities of Wadi Rum dessert. The breakfast was elaborate and Bernie handles your every request with dedication and with a huge smile on her face. Bratus Hotel is a real treat!

It was all virtually perfect. The hotel is new and decorated with great taste. From the moment we arrived, the stuff was super helpful. They allowed us to park the car at their private garage, and gave us all the indications about the place. The room, even though it wasn’t huge, it was big enough for being as comfortable as we needed, very clean, very comfortable, and a great bathroom. They also offered a spa, though we didn’t use it. The day we departed, as we were going to Egypt for a few days, they allowed us to leave some luggage behind which we wouldn’t be needing, leave our car as well, and arranged a taxi for us to go to the harbor. Would definitely recommend.

Saba was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived at the hotel for check-in. While the entire staff was genuinely kind, Saba truly stood out by making our stay feel like home. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with numerous suggestions for places to visit, enhancing our overall experience. The property itself is in a great location, conveniently close to major attractions. It has a fresh, clean, and modern feel, which added to our comfort during the stay.

This was our second stay at Bratus Hotel and it was just as fabulous as the first time. Consistency of quality is really important and this hotel manages to achieve this. All the staff, especially the amazing reception team, are wonderful - they are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were (again) extremely pleased with the quality and cleanliness of our room. We wholeheartedly recommend you stay at Bratus Hotel if ever you come to visit Aqaba.

This is a fantastic hotel, all new, luxurious decor, quiet at night and with really comfortable beds, conveniently located just a few blocks from an area with excellent restaurants. Convenient private parking, wonderful breakfast, great views of the city and mountains. Staff were super friendly, especially Farah and her colleague; they made us feel very welcomed! When they found out that my daughter was on a diving trip, they offered us to check out late so that she could come back and shower, which was an unexpected kindness.

We have no complaints at all. We liked it so much, we returned for a second stay.

Hotel is fairly new and very stylish! Staff memebrs are super helpful, especially Nour who recommend us to visit Berenice beach club and also helped to arrange a diving session with Aqaba Pro Divers which is the best diving club in the city!

We believe that breakfast selection can be improved by providing not only savory options but also adding some sweet selection. English breakfast would be nice but most important is to have decent coffee!!!!Unfortunately, coffee was unforgivingly bitter, very weak and with bad aftertaste. Spread should be changed to butter, and milk should be available without constantly asking for it. Car park is not great as it is currently graveled which means that you will struggle to wheel your suitcase ( this perhaps will be sorted soon as hotel is still very new and developing) Lastly, in your coridors to have memory foam like runners doesn't make sense as it is not comfortable to walk on or again drag your suitcases!
