If you are heading to Aqaba and wish to stay close to the beach and still be in the city center, Ceder Hotel is your best choice! During your stay you can enjoy some complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast has even been prepared earlier so that we can make it on time to the airport. The room is specious and whas an ensuite bathroom. The receptionists have vast knowledge not only about the local area but also we were given some amazing recommendations for restaurants. They helped us with anything we needed. We would totally stay there again. It is only a short walk to the beach.

Everything was good

All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Aladdin. The room was very clean and had all the facilities. The breakfast was fantastic, thanks to the great egyptian chef.

The water from the shower was too hot due to hot temperatures in Aqaba in July, more than 40°C. It was not possible to make it colder.

Good location. The hotel was very accomodating to our needs (we needed a very early breakfast because we were leaving for Petra and that was no problem). The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were big and nice considering the budget price.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff both during the day and night at reception were amazing, very friendly and informative. The kitchen staff specifically Fadal was very accomodating. Made us an omelette and pancakes every morning, the latter was amazing! The room was comfortable with good AC well sized beds and clean.

The interior is a little dated, however for the price is this very good value.

The staff are what make this hotel a gem. The staff go above and beyond for you - they let me check in early morning, no extra charges. Staff were extremely helpful with booking onwards plans and tours. Rooms were large and comfortable - I slept very well! Hotel was very quiet, tucked away on a side street, but a 5-10 minute walk to major shopping centres like Carrefour, and a 2 minute walk to little markets, shops and restaurants! Would definitely recommend you stay here at a fraction of the price of the big chain hotels, but twice the service. The managers offered me snacks in the evening and checked in with me every day to see if I needed anything to make my stay more pleasant! Breakfast had enough variety for me - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, coffee, tea and a selection of breads and cereals were on offer. I didn’t sample any of the hot meat dishes (if you could call them that), but they were to be expected in the Middle East! Service, staff all were excellent. This would be my hotel of choice next time in Aqaba! Thank you for making me feel welcome and at home!

Nothing, everything was terrific!

We liked the room. Was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the guy from the kitchen helped us with special requests (omelette, pancakes). The location is very good, just in front of it is a supermarket and you can buy water and juices. The staff was very helpful. The helped our group to buy cakes in the middle of the night and keep smiling :))).

The staff were very friendly - even when we had an issue with the shuttle bus to the beach, the worker persisted to help us. The chef was also very nice and made us pancakes on top of providing the buffet.

One of the plug sockets didn’t work so I think some of the amenities need updating. One of the floors also smelt like cigarette smoke.

A family hotel with a very friendly staff. Always please to help you. A very good location: just in two minutes in town centrum. Briljant!

A more than perfect match for our stay for a week-long holiday with daily excursions and diving ! The rooms were nice and clean and as roomy as previously introduced. The beds were really very comfortable. The breakfast was tasteful and rich, introducing real jordan meals which is not always so common. I highlight the receptionist colleague's, Omar's kindness and self-commitment as a local guide, giving valuable hints and tips daily. His insight along his helpfulness is second to none. :)

I’ve had a lovely stay at Cedar hotel. The staff is very kind and supportive. A good location as well. Walking distance McDonalds square and known hotspots.

AC and some facilities looked a little old but still clean and working.
