Good hotel close to the centre / walking distance to the sea, but you need to drive 15km to the south if you want to go to the private beaches and diving places. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, we had a newly refurbished room. The pool on the top floor is great, though the water was a bit cold. The breakfast was sufficient, and it was also on the 7th floor with good panorama while eating. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to rearrange our trip and they were supporting a lot. There is free parking on the street.

Excellent roof top pool, where breakfast is served, with a great view. The hotel is in a good location, walkable to most of the attractions within Aqaba.

Very good location (at 300 m form city centre and Aqaba beach) in a quiete area. Easy to park the car right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Marvellous roof top with a clean swimming pool. Very nice breakfast on roof top terrace. Spacious and clean rooms, with tea and coffee facilities. Very good internet connection in the room and on the roof top terrace. Nice and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Top service for a very reasonable price.

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The location is good, and the rooftop is nice. We enjoyed swimming just before sunset. However, what went above and beyond were the staff. Due to issues at home, I had to attend an important zoom meeting during my stay. Having not expected this, I didn't have a laptop with me and I needed a device that could present, share screens, and video. I asked the staff if they at least had a room or a computer I could use. The hotel manager offered me his office room and set me up on his laptop, giving me his headset and webcam. During my meeting he also brought me water and juice that he then refused to let me pay for. This is one of the few hotels that practices true Arabic hospitality. The culture of the staff is of kindness, attentiveness and generosity, and it is obvious that this comes from the management down to the staff.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and shops My room was big, bright and regularly cleaned., towels changed and soap/shampoo replenished Best of all were the staff who were so friendly, efficient and went out of their way to make our stay so special. A shout out to Mr Hani who made the most amazing breakfast every morning and made everyone feel so welcomed and special The hotel was wonderful and great value for money

The place is very clean, good value for money. Excellent location with everything around in walking distance Staff & management are very nice, we had packed our bags to checkout while also wanted to go to the swimming pool, they let us keep our room till 6 pm free of charge!! 😇 This review doesn’t give the place justice as to how nice the stay, the people and place were Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

The room and hotel were very clean, and the staff was both friendly and professional. The rooftop pool, along with a smaller one for kids, was a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout all floors and rooms. It’s a family-friendly hotel in a good location in the city center and near the public beach. Overall, we had a great stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

As a traveler family we have been to a lot of hotels in different countries, here The service and staff was amazing great breakfast ( menu of breakfast buffet very good all items fresh nd sufficient - specially the Fava beans ful was mad perfectly - nice rooms good location all over nice deal for the price.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast next to the rooftop pool. Special thanks to Mr Rabee and Layan who organised incredible trips for me to Petra and the amazing Wadi Rum. Make sure you ask for Jordan's best and most knowledgeable driver Issa. If you are heading to Aqaba then stay at Mass Paradise, it's perfect. Thanks to everyone
