Modern Hotel-friendly staff - good size bedrooms - very comfortable beds-rooftop swimming pool and terraces with seating-nice breakfast served on roof top-good value-with fi pretty good-large fridge and TV in the room-convenience store next door for drinks at local prices!

Only breakfast provision-so you would have to get taxi to find restaurants as it is mainly residential area-we ended using local food app to get deliveries

The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is delecious, and the location is amazing. Cleanliness is very good, but please pay attention to the shower glass, corners & panels!

They gave us a room without a balcony, although we stayed for several nights. The swimming pool is good but time is limited, it opens at 11:00am, which is late for some customers, like me for example, specially that there is no lifeguard so we are swimming already on our responsibility.

Good hotel close to the centre / walking distance to the sea, but you need to drive 15km to the south if you want to go to the private beaches and diving places. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, we had a newly refurbished room. The pool on the top floor is great, though the water was a bit cold. The breakfast was sufficient, and it was also on the 7th floor with good panorama while eating. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to rearrange our trip and they were supporting a lot. There is free parking on the street.

Excellent roof top pool, where breakfast is served, with a great view. The hotel is in a good location, walkable to most of the attractions within Aqaba.

Very good location, close to the bus station and city center. People working at the hotel are very kind and are always ready to help you with anything you need. Mohamed i think it’s his name and I believe he is the owner or manager, his level of kindness and hospitality are really special, I’m beyond grateful. The breakfast had plenty of food and very good and plenty of options. Thank you once again for the kindness and hospitality.

Very good location (at 300 m form city centre and Aqaba beach) in a quiete area. Easy to park the car right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Marvellous roof top with a clean swimming pool. Very nice breakfast on roof top terrace. Spacious and clean rooms, with tea and coffee facilities. Very good internet connection in the room and on the roof top terrace. Nice and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Top service for a very reasonable price.

I would like to thank the amazing team at Mass Paradise Hotel in Aqaba for a wonderful experience. The rooftop dining was absolutely delicious, with a beautiful atmosphere and a great view close to the sea. The service was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The location is good, and the rooftop is nice. We enjoyed swimming just before sunset. However, what went above and beyond were the staff. Due to issues at home, I had to attend an important zoom meeting during my stay. Having not expected this, I didn't have a laptop with me and I needed a device that could present, share screens, and video. I asked the staff if they at least had a room or a computer I could use. The hotel manager offered me his office room and set me up on his laptop, giving me his headset and webcam. During my meeting he also brought me water and juice that he then refused to let me pay for. This is one of the few hotels that practices true Arabic hospitality. The culture of the staff is of kindness, attentiveness and generosity, and it is obvious that this comes from the management down to the staff.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and shops My room was big, bright and regularly cleaned., towels changed and soap/shampoo replenished Best of all were the staff who were so friendly, efficient and went out of their way to make our stay so special. A shout out to Mr Hani who made the most amazing breakfast every morning and made everyone feel so welcomed and special The hotel was wonderful and great value for money

The place is very clean, good value for money. Excellent location with everything around in walking distance Staff & management are very nice, we had packed our bags to checkout while also wanted to go to the swimming pool, they let us keep our room till 6 pm free of charge!! 😇 This review doesn’t give the place justice as to how nice the stay, the people and place were Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
