Fairly new hotel, clean, limited view of the sea from the window, good air conditioning, courteous staff, location - close to the public beach, literally in the downtown, variety of restaurants and cafes around, street market…

The shower area size is tiny - 70x40/50 cm. TV was not working… though it was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time outside the hotel.

The staff was really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to return to us an item that we forgot in the room. We will be forever gratefull to them for helping us. We 100% recommend this place, where people will help you with everything you need. The bedroom and the location were great too.

Really downtown, like the name of the hotel. The cleanest hotel we have been to in Jordan, with very comfortable beds. Our bathroom was tiny, but we were offered by the very polite staff, to use another one, or change rooms if we needed to. Unfortunately we didn't have time to taste the breakfast, so no opinion on that, but I m confident it would be as good as the rest of the experience.

Although the room and the bedsheets were spotless, I would prefer another headboard material in order to feel extra comfortable with the cleanliness

The Hotel was very nice and the staff was really friendly! We had an awesome stay and the room was clean and the hotel located in the center of the town!

- we weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness and asked the staff, they were very understanding and immediately took action and cleaned the bathroom again and offered drinks during the waiting time —> after that, everything was perfectly clean!

Close to the city beach, the downtown market and a nice restaurant across the street. People were helpful and very nice. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

The street was at times slightly noisy, but no problem with windows closed. The taxi drivers at the airport did not know the place/address, it was good to keep the phone number of the hotel ready, so they could figure it out.

the shower water did not easily drain but Hotel always happy to provide clean towels and to mop floor whenever required

lovely people, they were so kind with us and made us feel like family!

sometimes wifi is weak from our room but this didn’t affect our stay at all as we could just go down to reception!

Super clean and not too busy despite being in the town center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the staff took good care of us. Over all a very nice Hotel!

Our stay here was amazing. Kindest people, perfect service, everything you can imagine. Sure we will stay here next time. Thank you for everything.
