Big, spacious room with a stoning view over the Gulf of Aquaba, the town, Israeli and Egypt coast. Super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts with a great choice of delicious food, (including my childhood favourite - halva). Walking distance to the town centre with bars, restaurants and shops.

There was a lot of hardly visible steps, which could have caused an accident through someone tripping. The worst ones are in front of the lift entrances.

it was clean and the staff is friendly. breakfast was great for Jordan! the only thing we didn’t know was that it is a all smoking hotel. so you’ll smell it everywhere, also the towels have a light cigarette smell. for one night nothing to complain about. but good to know beforehand

Had a lovey time here. Very friendly staff and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Good location, everything walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants). The team organised us a driver to Wadi Rum who was great too.

the room was huge and very clean as all the hotel. The Seaview (if watched while seated) is stunning. there is a small breakfast with some typical dishes and a car parking in front of the entrance, very comfortable. Very good and cheap laundry service. water for free in the room

the bathroom could have been bigger as the room is huge but there was everything. the coffee maker cable didn't even arrive to the plug and the cups where broken and dirty plus no spoons. In front of the hotel there are a lot of stray dogs and they barked a lot all the night. Moreover, there are also a lot if dirty shacks, very unpleasant as a view.

This hotel is just a year old. I would highly recommend it for the location, a few minutes from downtown for shopping and 10 minutes from the castle, which was my objective. The views across the whole bay are awesome. The rooms are large and spacious and have everything inside. The staff are very kind and friendly, they make the place personal rather than impersonal. They also recommended someone perfect for the kind of trip I wanted to make. It's perfect, I will return.

The room was big, spacious, clean and in a great location, in walking distance to everything that’s needed. The staff were incredibly friendly. Jordan itself is a very friendly and hospitable country but the staff at Aqaba Coast Hotel took it to the next level. They genuinely take it as a pleasure to help and support any part of your trip, not just your stay at the hotel. A lesson to everybody as to how hospitality should be done. Thank you to all the staff, it was a pleasure to meet you!

Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast Buffet with friendly staff and also the cleaning Team was nice.

Staff at reception was not very welcoming and only basic friendly. We arrived very early (=our fault) and were told by the "Asian looking" woman that we have to wait some more hours and should go to the city in an unfriendly tone. No drink, no sorry, no effort to look for another room im this big hotel (I am shure they were not fully booked). Not a nice start after a long journey. Sometimes it took very long to fill up the breakfast buffet again or to clean the tables (not enough staff). Neighbourhood might look a bit scary, but you should rather feel sorry for the people living there and they will not harm or bother you at all.

- one socket didn't work, maybe could have been fixed if we asked but we were in our beds already when we noticed the issue - the sea view included the sea, but also some pretty decrepit buildings, the whole area looks like it's about to be demolished - the street nearby was pretty loud, it's also near the mosque so at 5am you'll be woken up by the prayers

The hotel was in a great location walking distance to restaurants and local attractions. Although at first glance the road it was on seemed a little sketchy, it was very safe Our room was spotless and huge with an amazing view over the gulf of Aqaba. Breakfast was superb, varies and made with love The hotel was super clean. The absolute best thing about the hotel was the amazing staff. They were so helpful and friendly making us feel at home. They organised transport to the airport and beach for us and couldn’t do enough to make our stay fantastic

we could not fault it and will definitely be back
