I arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel very kindly accommodated me in a spare room until my room was available the next day. The staff are very kind and helpful and I certainly felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveller . The hotel is a good standard 4 star . The rooms are large with good sized beds , a dressing table and desk . The en-suite was a good size however the finish ( in terms of grouting ) needs some improvement . There was also some mould present under the shower screen . The cleaning service was good and the beds were made in good time daily. In terms of location , it is around a 10-12 min walk to ‘Pizza’ street where many of the restaurants can be found . Please note only the Ali Baba , one of the oldest restaurants in Aqaba serves alcohol. There are some very good local restaurant however . It can be very noisy at the front however, the doors and windows are double glazed and there is air conditioning . I only had breakfast once and since it was last minute, there was very little left. I enjoyed a freshly made omelette however and coffee. The hotel has some sort of arrangement with a beach club which is an hour away and costs 30 Dinar to reach . The beach across the road is used by locals and so it wouldn’t be a good idea to go if you want to sunbathe in your bikini. I did not use their recommended beach club since it seemed a rather excessive & expensive trip to take daily . I caught a cab to the Sareya Beach club which is wonderful and part of the Al manara hotel chain and only 5 minutes away. See my separate review on this . Please note that the hotel can call you a taxi but they take commission from the taxi driver . That said, this is the best way to travel since they know whose taxi you are travelling in . I did not always feel entirely safe in taxi’s I hailed myself . Whilst I probably would not stay at this hotel again , because I would want to be on Pizza Street, it is a very good choice for you!

The finish and the breakfast .

As it was our first time visit to Aqaba, the Staff were very nice and gave the proper guidance for where about of the city. The breakfast was good, the room were spacious and was the same as shown on the time. Cleanliness will give 10/10, location of the hotel was good everything was within walking distance. Over all good and value for money

Friendly staff, one of our mattresses was worn out and they replaced it immediately for us. 4. Good wifi, suitable for zoom calls. 5. Affordable price, good price for value. 6. A/C worked so well, perfect for July Aqaba weather. 7. Slippers and dental kit available on demand.

1. Breakfast: limited options, most of them taste processed like they came from a box/can: ex: hummus, syrupy canned fruits, olives, deli meats, processed yellow cheese, canned corn. The only cooked option (fried onions with zucchini or mushroom) was very oily. Omelette was not good. pros: vegetables and good coffee! cons: no milk options if allergic/lactose intolerant. 2. No gym/pool, limited facilities. Basically a room and breakfast, but great option if that's what you're looking for like we were.

I was in the hotel for only 1 night, but it's a pity that it wasn't longer. I can't even describe how delighted I was. The hotel is very modern and clean with all the needful for wonderful stay. The room is so specious, big, and clean with the most beautiful view ever. There is all the equipment that you need in the room, including the small kitchen. The hotel location is perfect, you can easily reach seafront, shops, restaurants and coffee shops by walking distance. The private beach that the hotel provided is out of this world. But what impressed me the most was service and the staff at this hotel. They took care and looked after me as a family member. So, I want to express my deep gratitude to the manager Hamza for his professionalism, knowledge, and support, which makes my stay unforgettable. Big thanks to Nagham at Reception for her warm welcoming, genuine hospitality, and smile. Special thanks to Housekeeping Mohammed, who was always there at any time if I needed anything in the room. Big shout out to the chef at the breakfast who prepared the delicious omelet for me. Great job, team! Keep it up ! I will definitely come back ! Can't wait for my next visit. We stayed 4 days at this hotel (one day at the start of our vacation and 3 last days of the vacation). Both times we got an upgrade which we really appreciated. Besides, we got an early check in and late check-out. The staff member Mr. Mohammad was polite, sociable and helpful. He booked us the entrance to the private Berenice beach club (which I highly recommend) for 3 days (a complimentary shuttle from the beach club-each time it took around 30 min to get to the beach since it also included picking guests from different hotels). Our room was spacious, spotless, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea where we would spend late evenings with a cup of tea. We parked the car in front of the hotel. Actually, there were plenty of free parking spaces around. The location was good. A chemist's next door, a supermarket (a bigger one, debit/credit cards accepted) just 3 min walk on the right side, the local market down the street (for fruits since you barely get them in a supermarket) -around 7 min walk, a nut shop (a variety of nuts, excellent quality) - a 5 min walk and finally the local beach was max 10 min walk. The breakfast was quite varied, with yogurts, vegetables tasty omelettes. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Once back, we would not hesitate to book it again.

We fortunately managed to end up with the best hotel room, but our comments apply whichever room you get. Firstly it's a super convenient location. Easy to get to. Easy to walk to the waterfront and to the diving companies (we'd booked scuba). Easy to drive to the shops. The hotel rooms are nice. The breakfast staff are really kind and helpful as are the front desk staff. A particular thank you to the Manager for assisting me during our stay spending several hours trying to sort something for me and going above and beyond in terms of customer service.

We got a free upgrade on our room which was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were extremely responsive and helpful, helping us with recommendations and placing booking for us for a snorkelling experience. Free parking is available right outside the hotel for a few cars.

The breakfast buffet was not available the first day and we were offered a very limited table service instead (traditional). The second day the breakfast buffet was available but did not have fresh bread, fruit or pastries advertised in the pictures.

I arrived a bit earlier that the check in time and it was no problem. I also got an update and got a room with a sea view, looking over the fort area. The stuff was extremely helpful and polite! They answered all my questions about scuba diving and beach club options in Aqaba. The breakfast was nice. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They also helped me to organize my taxi to Jett bus station and let me drop my luggage to a safe area while I was enjoying the city one last time before I left for my bus. The location is extremley central, very close to the fort and local shopping area.

The breakfast was not a buffet but had to be ordered a la carte (it usually is a buffet but for strange reasons, not on the day i was there). I had a plane early in the morning, and only had time for a 5 min quick breakfast before i needed to leave. Not only was the breakfast restaurant not open the time it should be, once staff showed up (after me looking for them for 2 minutes wasting time) i was informed that no food is ready, and will only be prepared upon my request. I left the hotel hungry . HUGE minus and unacceptable when i had breakfast included in the price.
