Already 4 yrs ago I was booked at Isrotel Yam Suf, but due to a serious family incident the very night before my trip started, I had to cancel. And the Hotel was kind enough to grant a full refund regardless the booking was at a non refundable rate. I have not forgotten this kind move, and was happy to finally stay 5 N at Yam Suf. Everyone from the front desk, from kitchen to house keeping, did a fantastic job during challenging times. I booked half-board, and have not regreted it for a single second. Both the breakfast as well as the diner bufet provided an abundance of delicious food choices, sometimes hard to resist. The hotel hosted for several weeks also quite a number of evacuated families, and it was heartbreaking to listen to their stories, but comforting to watch how the hotel did the best they could do to soften the hardship of their situation as best as even possible.

This hotel is awesome. One of the best in Eilat. Great staff. Great food.

The parking arrangements were aweful. For a premium hotel at a non-central location you could do much better. Staying at the hotel, I've never had a vacant parking space at the hotel and I had to look for parking and eventually park at a city parking that is far that made me get up early to move the car or I get a ticket. It's unacceptable for a 5 star hotel with this pricing. Find a better arrangement.

Awesome hotel

Parking is aweful! During my stay I hadn't have even one occasion when I had parking in the hotel. I needed to park in the city paid parking and wake up especially to move the car. I expect a hotel that costs that much to find a solution for ALL the guests. The hotel location is not in the "Busy Area" of Eilat - the hotel owners can solve this with a proper investment.

The meals are very good, including a large selection of salads, cheeses and hot dishes. Lots of seating space in the lobby, on the patio and around the pools so even when the hotel is full it doesn't feel crowded. Public areas green with many trees and flowers.

Not enough parking for all the guests. Guided dives at Manta always full in the morning. Either book in advance or dive at another center, as I did.

The parking was too crowdy and when you add that to the fact that most of tourisit sites are 5km away and require driving to unpleasant experience in total when you travel away from hotel. I recommend to have shuttles or free parking nearby.

We are a couple who stayed for 2 nights in mid Februray. Rooms not very new but very clean and well maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. The Spa exceed our expectation with cheaper prices compared to other places. The heated pool was a pros in cold weather. Parking is availble within the hotel area for free. Recommended.

Dinner is good, but can be better.

The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was presented beautifully and was fresh and delicious. The chaises around the pool were cushioned and comfortable. The main pool was heated which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Eilat…this is surely a favorite.

This is a nice comfortable hotel directly across from the beach where you can snorkel and see schools of fish a few feet from shore. Nice pool and breakfast facilities. Hodoya was particularly helpful in dealing with flight issues. Like getting the discount for snorkel gear and the option to use it for free for two hours. Like the location away from the city center but a short drive if you want to experience the Vegas-like vibe.

Like too many hotels in Israel, prices have gone up astronomically and is overpriced. Splurged for the location and positive past experience. Breakfast is very good but I like it when smoked salmon is also available.

Everything was excellent! Great value for money. The reception manager, Itzik, took great care of us and went above and beyond to ensure my father was comfortable. He even upgraded our meals, which was a lovely touch. The entire staff made the experience very pleasant.

Nothing to mention—everything exceeded expectations.

The facility was beautiful! The layout was very impressive and relaxing.

A majority of the dining staff was not friendly and either ignored me or was short on their responses to me. I understand a degree of this since I don’t speak Hebrew but the distinct rude facial expressions were uncalled for. Even with no language understanding a smile would have bridged the gap.
