Fabulous location. I really liked that. It was removed from the main city, much quieter and closer to the great snorkeling spots. It was so easy to hop on a bus and going to town if we wanted to and easy to hop on the bus and go to the various good snorkeling beaches as well. I also like that it’s a small hotel very well kept and not crowded or noisy.

I wish there was options of ordering from room service or at the pool would’ve really like to be able to order food, but there was only a bar that was not open for anything more than soda an ice cream. In addition to that it would’ve been nice to be able to order room for service late at night when restaurants in the area were closed. The breakfast was fine not the nicest I’ve had. I had a decent selection, but nothing exceptional.

First time in this hotel, better than expected. The lobby area is fatastic, staff is very polite and helpful. Enterteinment with Moshe Salsa, Diana and Sofia is amazing, kids of all ages were laughing like crazy. Everyday room cleaning was efficient (we were on the 5th floor). Large pool area with great sea view. Flexible check in and out with no fuss. Breakfast and dinner with enough variety for kids and adults, vegitarian can be ordered ahead with the chef

Pool was amazing and the food was top quality. I really loved both the breakfast and the dinner that they provided us with. The music at the pool was also great.

Just that the water in the pool was cold. Since it was Passover, the hotel should have put a heater in the pool, so the temperature could have been better. However, it was still a wonderful pool and people swam anyways.

Forget the star rating system - if you want an amazing concept hotel in the quiet beach area this is for you. Our 6th floor room had sufficient space for a single bed/sofa. The shower room was recently upgraded to include a large walk-in area with a rain shower and separate hand shower. Extra comfy single beds, pushed together for a giant double. Breakfast was buffet style with a seemingly never-ending range of cheeses, cereals, salads, hot dishes, eggs any which way courtesy of the chef. Chill and just listen to the background music. Just loud enough to hear without intruding. The 25m pool and surrounding grassed areas are shaded by large palm trees. All the staff are very chatty and willing to help. The lifeguard also improved the pool experience. Reception and restaurant staff also deserve mention.

A few negative points also raised by other guests. We had no balcony, just an angled small window. Answer? Walk down to the garden or beautiful beach with a range of eateries and bars. And yes, the elevators have service issues. Answer? Take the stairs and improve your health.

The hotel met all our expectations and was very clean with excellent facilities and a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. The room staff were very helpful as were the restaurant staff. The rooms are big and the shower was hot with good pressure. The room design are dated but colourful with nice artwork. The music theme is entertaining as are the music facilities. The pool Is clean and a good size and is quiet Sunday to Thursday, with busy days at the hotel Friday to Sunday.

Reception staff could have been more friendly when you enter and exit the hotel. The pool bar menu and prices need to be redesigned as the current choices are very unhealthy and very expensive. Most people didn’t use the pool bar which is a waste of a facility as it would have been nice to have a good choice of lunch snacks and drinks at reasonable prices by the pool. The coffee machine in the restaurant are very outdated! We would have used the gym more if the air conditioning worked in it.

Room was big and beds were comfortable. It seems the hotel was renovated recently, so everything is new. Just across the street it is a beautiful beach, fish restaurant is 1 minute walk as well as 24/7 supermarket. Huge parking lot is also nearby plus gas station.

Clean, nice staff every one trying to help, there is a reserved parking space for hotel gets. The swimming pool is great ! 25m clean and nice.

The noise insulation in the room is terrible, even when you have closed the room door you ear every whisper from the hallway. Or from the next room. Breakfast get 5 out of 10, there coffee is ... Air line coffee.

Very nice and clean room. Beautiful sea view. Good enough breakfast. Nice and helpful stuff. Lovely swing beds near the entrance that kids enjoyed a lot. Overall, great value for money.

Because of the emergancy situation the pool was closed. Far away from Eilat center. The closest beaches are for divers, not really for swimming.

The renovated deluxe rooms were clean, spacious and updated, staff friendly and efficient. Easy parking. Large pool. Nice clean lobby.

We got the breakfast and dinner plan. The food was just ok, the staff was great. Some few areas of the hotel haven’t been renovated yet.

Nice hotel, awesome sunrise view from our window. The breaky buffet was great and the location is good without spending a fortune being on the beachfront. A big thank you to the manager on duty the day we checked out, when we realised we'd left our passports in the safe and he arranged the safe return of them to us in Ein Gedi.

Not sure why they clean the foyer floor at 7am in the morning with strong smelling chemicals. Breakfast opened later than advertised the day we were there.
