The grounds are beautiful and serene. The breakfast was good and the pool was really nice. The washrooms were very nice as well.

The washrooms can use some hooks on the wall. I had nowhere to hang my clothes. The lighting in the washroom was awful and also not enough lighting in the room. The ladder to the the loft is in a weird spot very close to the mirror. Also the pool closes at 6pm. I felt it was too early.

The best thing about this lovely hotel situated outside busy Eilat, are the kind and friendly staff. Patricia at the front desk greets everyone with a smile and truly cares that her guests have a wonderful stay. The morning chef who makes omelets also greets everyone with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and with a great sleeping environment

If you are sensitive to noise, request a second floor room

We moved to one of the basic Shangri-La suites and it was the best decision. Of course it was at an additional cost but it was absolutely worth it. The whole Hotel is beautiful, quiet and the staff are amazing! Always eager to help. The breakfast was very good too. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

There are little things that the hotel could do to improve maintenance. It would highly improve the quality of the rooms back to their original level of luxury. But really, little things.

The location and style were outstanding with a great ambiance

The cleanliness was a 2 out of 10 the cleaners need to clean under beds and walls - our first night was a nightmare with a room falling apart - they could not change us and we had nowhere we could have gone. The next day management and staff responded right away to correct the problem but giving us an upgrade room. The new room was not perfect but it was cleaner and we enjoyed our next few days

Booking.com made me pay 10% more but the price was for two people and it is default two people when yoi go on the website. I was always planning on taking my elderly mother so not sure how the reservation was switched to one person. Something shady happened

The place is beautiful, peaceful, and charming. The staff were super helpful and nice. The pools (yes, plural) were great fun for the kids and grownups alike. There was a coral reef within walking distance of the hotel that one can go snorkeling, which we did and was amazing.

For some, the place might be a bit outdated and far from the city center, but that's part of the charm.

The peace and tranquillity of the setting, the beautiful pool and attention to detail, the breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the showers great, the view from the room inspiring and the staff very kind and helpful.

just the tv and the remote wasn’t working well, and our safe in the room needed some maintenance.

+ Location, location, location. + Asian vibe. + Greenery and landscaping around is amazing, despite all the negatives below, I would probably stay there again in low season. + Reef/aquarium museum right outside the hotel, 3min walk maximum. + City center 10min by car/taxi/bus, very convenient. + Great breakfast

- pool was not heated in January (it seems 22 celsius and sun outside is too cold for Israelis to enjoy pool, some were wearing winter jackets and shoes :) ) - room is really used, dusty, not taken care of, however we saw a lot of renovations happening outside. Room did not looked like the pictures. However we had amazing sea/jungle view and super balcony. Coffee/tea in the room. - when we arrived after 21:30 there was no place to eat/buy food nearby or in the restaurant, also no drinking water in the room, mini fridge was empty. - Loft bedroom is not an option for kids below 7 years old, did not seemed safe.

The peacefulness and serenity of this resort is almost unparalleled for this country. The resort is so beautiful; if you love being surrounded by gorgeous trees and fauna, silence, and breathtaking views, this place is for you.

The only complaint I have was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Just too firm for my liking. Good for some folks I guess. Other than that, everything was perfect, and, mlst importantly, as advertised.

The idea of the hotel is unique I love how it reminds of Thai-places The breakfast was great ☺️ The pool looks amazing 🤩
