Staff is very welcoming, the pool is nice and opened until 19:00 which is great. Location is out of the city, but near the coral reef beach and there are several decent restaurants nearby, which is great for us. The hotel itself is pretty quiet, even though there are many families there, which we love. There is a little shop in the compound with pretty much all you need. Prices are not cheap, but definitely acceptable. No problem with parking.

There are many amenities which needs a little love and care - the toilet works, but not great, the sink is a little slow, the AC is a little noisy...all works, but much of it is a little old and needs a bit of maintenance. For us, it's really not the end of the world. It was our second time there and we'd be happy to return again.

- the staff is really nice. - we were two families, the staff made an arrangement so that our rooms are really close despite being different sizes. (we did order months in advance) - carriage for luggage and ramps in most places. (carriages are located outdoors on the far left of the entrance of the lobby, or scattered around at the living area) - barbeque stations. - rooms are nice and clean. - cleaning services once a day. - available staff for fixing any problem. - located close to the underwater observatory. (4min drive) * dont forget to bring salt & pepper. (maybe tea/coffe & sugar too)

- parking far away from our rooms (sector G). - in one of the rooms the window in the bathroom views your shadow silhouette if you shower at night.. (so in that room prefer to bathe instead) - no stove, cant cook. - they key cards were repeayedly losing their charge. so you suddenly could find yourself locked out of your room. (holding the card near magnetic stuff and phones contribute to this, but is not always the reason).

The breakfast was incredible. There was so much variety and plenty of food. They were even accommodating for our gluten-free needs. Additionally, the hotel had several activities to keep the older AND younger kids entertained and occupied, so we didn't need to rush around looking for things to do. It's a few minutes from the main drag, but that's a plus in my book since it was quiet and calm.

Some of the walls had peeling paint, some of the floorboards were cracked, and the couches in the rooms were stained a bit.

I like the fact that this hotel is quiet, not crowded, with nice and quiet families, feels like being in a small village. Also the nearest beach is very beautiful. It's not a fancy hotel, but feels very relaxed. Also the minimarket provided good selection of snacks and even food, including fresh bread and vegetables, which was very convenient for a family with kids.

Water in pool was too cold for swimming, my kids hardly could use the pool because of that. In late October water should be a little wormer.

This is a perfect family resort. Beautiful pool, easy enough beach access, convenience store on the premises, kitchenette in the rooms. No frills, but the staff is great, and for a family with little kids, it's 1000x better than a standard hotel.

The wifi didn't work at all. I wasn't motivated to ask about it because I was trying to have as work-free a family vacation as possible, so I took it as a blessing in disguise. They might have fixed it if I said something.

it was great vacation! we arrived 3 families with 7 kids (13 total) the staff was very nice, very helpful to do everything that we will have a great stay. I asked for that our rooms (3 families) will be next to each other, and they were one next to the other. the pool was clean and a lot of places to sit, the lifeguard is very serious and pay attention to everything that happen in the pool (we were with 7 kids). beside that, there was a small place that sell food in the pool, with very reasonable prices, and very nice staff! we ate there everyday at the noon. there is also a supermarket in the pool that work until very late hours so you can get things that you need, without the need to travel for away from your room... i'm sure that we will return to this hotel in the future.

i can't say anything bad because we had a great experience in the hotel.

For us it was close to perfect, our room was very close to the pool, quiet at night, kids all slept well, staff were kind and brought us a gift which was an unexpected surprise, (wine and chocolate) we have a car so it was no issue getting around to the city attractions. The price was great for the experience, breakfast had daily variety in the hot section. Saw some negative reviews online prior to going which made us a bit skeptical prior to going but our experience was great, maybe we just got lucky... ;-)

Netflix was an option to sign into the room but wasn't functioning, the pool and restaurant could stay open a little later, Eilat weather is very hot so think it would be welcome although 8am-7pm seems to be standard for that. The onsite shop is open until 9pm, it could stay open later. Massage chairs ( could be replaced with newer, better ones, arcade could have some newer games, a kids club / entertainment could easily be added with all the outside space, these aren't things I didn't like so to speak, just suggestions for improvement.

the rooms are big and comfy, 2 bedroom and one shared room, kitchen is nice, big balcony. a lot of space for barbeque, nice pool. supermarket has just everything we needed at very good prices. the beach is very close, good for snorkeling and water sports.

the bed is not super comfortable. we need to ask for stuff to clean the room, as they missed our one day

This hotel is at great location, the facilities where good and a team was very friendly and helping to get the most of our vacation.

I found that the room facilities are a bit dull and require renovation. Though it is at an acceptable level (not worth then on other competitors' hotels in the arrea). The price is very high but at the same level as other hotels in the area.

Good value for money. We got two separate bedrooms and a huge balcony, which the kids really enjoyed. Our room was facing the pool, but there was no noise, the music in the pool was nice and quiet.The attached picture is the view from our balcony. We received complimentary wine and candy, it was a nice touch. The pool was very good, loved it.

The main problem was the stairs. It says villa, but actually half the rooms are on a second floor and there is no elevator! We were unfortunate to get the second floor. We had lots of bags and a toddler, and it was very difficult to go up and down those stairs every day. Breakfast was very basic and the coffee machines were always broken. The staff was pretty rude - the reception never answered the phone, and the cleaning staff in the kitchen kept pushing guests aside in order to clean.
