the staff, especially Ivan, the front desk manager, Mohammad, the dining manager, and federico, the barman, we’re all exceptional. the staff was excellent, including the cleaning concierge and everyone else. Ivan noticed details which we didn’t even point out, like my birthday, and sent us exquisite gifts like fine chocolates, wine, and fragrance! I was so surprised and happy! the food was amazing! vast selection and taste! the pool and music was great. beach had gorgeous clear waters, rainbow smiling fish, and snorkeling accessories.

1. false advertising: due to construction, there is no windsurfing offered. 2. the Childrens entertainment, one man was dressed as a transvestite.. inappropriate and unnecessary for children. better to dress as a clown.

All in one place

I booked a superior room. I was updated to Luxury on the top floor. Air conditioning didn't work. I had a tough first night with the room temperature. Maintenance people came on 3 different occasions but saw no problem, though room temperature was never below 26/27 Celsius. Maintenance manager and Reception didn't behave well. Solution was to offer another room but a downgrade to the smallest room at the hotel, on the first floor. I took that as a punishment. I do believe it was.

We found U Coral Beach Club the most impressive resort in Israel. It is really the full package. The staff is warm and welcoming, the grounds are clean and well kept. The programing is full with lots of options, the food was really good and high quality. Our room was a recently renovated, so comfortable, and beautiful. What we appreciated the most was the attention to detail. The bartenders were top notch, they knew all the fun cocktails, the night shows and beach dance party was lots of fun, the trapeze, pool, and other activities were great!! We enjoyed the hotel's separate Italian restaurant on the beach and the snorkeling. They had another bar, cold water and drinks and even a sunscreen stand located at the hotel's private beach. In the dining room there was a kids section with the kiddie menu low enough for kids to serve themselves. There was nothing spared to make our stay a 5 star vacation!!

We were welcomed by the assistant general manager, Tal Rubin, who accompanied us and gave us her personal attentions during our whole stay and made us feel like VIP's. Also the general manager, Roi, was available all the time. The service in the dining room and restaurants during all the meals was excellent, a huge variety of dishes and each dish was more delicious than the other, you can't find better in a luxurious restaurant. There are also the special corners made for children in the restaurant and coffee corner. During the day children are being entertained according age groups. The rooms are simple but clean. The entertainment in the evening is very professionnal and no detail was left out.

everything was perfect—the beautiful surroundings, the pleasant atmosphere, and the delicious food. the warm welcome and exceptional care from your staff. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. What made our stay even more special were the nighttime performances—the theater shows and circus acts were absolutely delightful! They added a magical touch to our evenings and made our experience truly unforgettable.

We wanted to have vacations. We got it. The food was so delicious, different and fresh. Maybe not many types of alcohols, but it was enough for us. There was typical alcohol, various drinks, juice, ice juice and other. Room was clean. Shirley is the big heart of this hotel. She has decided our problem with lightning speed. Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.

There were limitations in the hotel, but I know the reason is the situation in the country.

From the moment we checked in the staff's attention was exceptional. Room was upgraded without asking, late check out as well. Tal Rubin was always available and asking if everything was satisfactory. Room was cleaned daily. Food was fresh with great range of options for children and adults. The entertainment was interesting and entertainment team always engaging and fun. They did a great job.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Cozy rooms, excellent service. Impressive food in its quality and quantity! Very convenient bridge to the beach. Entertainment for every taste. We saw that children are given special attention here. RECOMMENDED.

Parking

First of all the hotel is super clean, modern and the staff are very friendly and very nice , we were there for our honeymoon and we enjoyed everything, variety of food and drinks and the beach is very close, to summary we enjoyed everything and for sure we will come back soon!

The food was excellent and staff was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were enjoying your stay. The hotel brought a tray of fruit one day and chocolates the next which was incredibly nice. The room also smelled weirdly good.

I was disappointed that the pool and beach closed at 5:30 and the pool was actually gated to make sure nobody could get in. This made it so there was nothing to do in the hotel after 5:30pm (at least before the show after dinner).
