The hotel has a great atmosphere and is in a quiet and beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In general it is a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. The snack bar that is open all day is a really nice touch. I also liked that they protect the local cats which are a fixture of the hotel. The check-in and check-out times were flexible and very much appreciated.

The place needs a bit of tlc - the furniture in the room is clean but a bit old.

First and formost - the view and the location were spectacular! Most beautiful sunrise ever! Also, we informed the staff (in booking app) that I am pregnant and wish to have a peacful vacation. When we arrived, Avi the manager took great care of us and gave us the most amazing room.

The dinner was not very vegetarian friendly. Maybe if we have asked the staff they would gave us a vegy meal, but in the main buffet there was no main veg cours.

Despite some confusion at the beginning of our stay, the staff was very helpful in trying to identify our room and in the end we also received a dinner for free as compensation. An aquarium is right in front of the hotel, so one morning with kids can be easily done close to the hotel. With the bus, you can also get easily to the dolphin beach (highly recommended). But with the bus you have to buy and charge the local card system First or have an israeli mobile number. The breakfast was excellent and dinner selection as well. Still the other guests were kind of used to load their table to the fullest and have more than half thrown away. That’s even in this facility where you would expect more respectful behaviour. The staff was mostly super nice, just one younger guy tried was pretty much talking down to us probably because we didn’t speak israeli. Overall still an amazing facility.

First of all, we had booked a shangri-la, but basically the only difference to the Orchid was the room and a free snack option. I guess we could have saved some money booking with orchid instead. Second, the cats that came to the terasse of the restaurant to beg for food were a bit of a nuisance.

Everything was perfect,It wasn’t my first time there so I knew what to expect.They are my number one in Israel,if not Milo’s Dead sea.

I had asked before arriving if the pool will be open and they assured me it will be.But to my surprise it was closed on the day of my birthday and only open the following day when we were checking out.Vacation spoiled,I had plans for the pool

Exceptional service by the staff,everything was out if this world.Its my second time here and they made my staycation amazing.Avi the manager upgraded my room to a villa because I needed a pool 🏊 but its currently closed because of the war.They called each time to check if i needed anything.I will be coming back soon.You guys are best…and your food is 10 out 10 as well ❤️

it was nice breakfast , with nice food I like it , the location was very nice in front of the sea , but the beach need like 8 minutes to walk to reach it , it is very calm location and quite , it is on a mountain and you experience the beauty of luxury , the reception was good in changing our room to see view the next day , I liked also the dinner it was very good , the snacks also and the pool so much beautiful and joyful .

it is that you need to wait for a car to take you down the lobby so if the weather cold make sure to have coat on n and the beach a little far away from the hotel like 8 minutes walk to reach if you want to swim there , also before booking make sure to reserve a room with sea view if you prefer it much because not all have the sea view some pictures in the booking do not match the view you want on the ground .

The property is a magical space that really ensures a feeling of calm and comfort. From the moment of arrival Avi made us feel at home and like special guests. We were taken care of throughout the day. The food was delicious and the staff are very attentive. Our room was a piece of heaven that made our trip completely worth it. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel , my favorite one in Eilat . This time they upgraded us with a villa with private pool , thanks to the manager Avi! Magical place , quiet , with relaxing views and surroundings , close to the best corral beach

Being away from downtown is good. Rooms are distributed nicely around the hill.

They didn't replace towels. No bum guns. Breakfast is not that good. The name of the hotel is not the same as on Booking.com Heating did not work

Great site, very good maintenance of all the rooms surrounding areas. Great breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms are badly maintained, clean but: - broken sockets, - Mold in the bathroom - uncomfortable pillows - narrow blanket - uncomfortable mattress - poor wifi quality
