The location of the hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Fernan was our houskeeper. He made very good housekeeping job! Rataj at the reception always ready to help you. The food in the restaurant also very good and you can find europian dishes also. Beach is very close to the hotel. So it worth it the price!

We really liked the sea view from one room and the balcony with a roof protecting against sun and rain, it was fantastic. Breakfast is really nice and the location ideal if you plan on snorkeling at South Beach (check out the location of the submerged tank and the airplane on Google maps, it will take you twenty minutes to walk there from the hotel, there are some free huts where you can sit in the shade, just make sure to bring shoes against the rocks and mind the jellyfish). The pool of the hotel was also nice. Overall we had a really relaxing stay. They allowed us a late, free checkout at 3:30 pm and the gentleman at the reception was kind. The breakfast staff was especially lovely, particularly the lady who made the omelette was really kind. Thank you.

Cleanliness could be improved some (the floor had some strange-looking spots). The lady who worked at night at the reception desk was rather rude - if your guests ask for a late check out (we were even willing to pay for it), please refrain from rolling your eyes next time. It's very impolite. As a suggestion, just tell the guests you don't know if it's possible, you have to check, or just say no. We would have been fine with all of these replies, but we didn't feel comfortable with such an annoyed reaction.

The hotel location is great. It is part of a purpose built seaside village with a nice marina, good wifi, free sunloungers on the beach and a few nice restaurants around. All amenities like a supermarket, a pharmacy etc available at walking distance around the marina. The staff are all friendly and genuinely care for you. A special mention and thank you for our housekeeper Kashif! He checked in with us every day making sure all was good in the room and making sure we had enough water, coffee and tea. He really gave us a personalized houskeeping service!

The hotel shows signs of age and is in need of a refurbishment. The building itself, the pool area and the garders are perfect and clean. However you can see a lot of wear and tear on the doors, the windows, the floors etc. Not a problem for us as we knew this from reading the reviews. The bed, the room itself and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a 3 night stay.

The swimming pool timetable, it closed at 5pm which is way too early. When we came back from doing snorkelling and chilling out on the beach, it'd closed. How can a hotel in Aqaba shut the pool at 5pm!?

The staff was polite and did everything to help us. The hotel is located in a nice bay, clean and not so crowded. You can find small corals close to the beach. The food offer is not so varied but it was good.

The safe box stopped working twice. First it was repaired and the maintenance technician told me that it will be working fine from now on but it didn't. There was hot water on the cold water pipes. You needed to keep the water running for 5-10 minutes to cool down.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable for your stay, there are multiple swimming pools available as suitable for your need. There is Wi-Fi connectivity through the hotel property and so as till the beach area

There is no adequate number of staff available to deal with the number of guests. Any order you make from the room will take minimum 30-45 mins to be delivered to your room (even a water bottle). Though we have well informed the property about our dietary requirements being vegetarian preference, there is no proper arrangement made. All we can have is pasta and pizza and eggs for breakfast

Nice location for tala bay (but far from Aqaba). Comparable to many similar hotels in Spain/Greece. Private beach and pool complex a few minutes walk away, along with a marina with bars/shops/boat trips

Alcohol prices here are expensive compared to those immediately outside the hotel. 7 JD for ~ 300 mL beer compared to the same price for a pint elsewhere

I found the place very family-friendly and an excellent choice for those who are looking for spending some off time to relax and enjoy the summer vibes. As busy parents, we were looking for such a place where we can spend a quality-time break from our busy-life routine, with our kids, while we can also relax. My boys enjoyed themselves in the pool, which was very clean and well-maintained, as much as we did ourselves. The life guards were very kind and looked after our kids, the room service was excellent and the team were very nice and kind, also, the restaurant staff were very friendly. With regard to the location, the resort is located in a walking distance from the south beach, which I believe it is the best part of the Aqaba’s beach sides. On our arrival, there was a certain issue but the hotel’s management dealt with it promptly and reassured us to enjoy our time until it was sorted out professionally. In general, the place was the right spot and definitely will be back again.

The only negative point is the relatively far location from the city centre, if you were fine to have a dine-in in the restaurants located in and around the resort, you’ll be fine, otherwise, if you were looking for something more affordable in the city-centre, you need to manage your commute by renting a car or taking a taxi.
