This is my second time staying here. Overall, it's not bad for the price you pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious, and the best and comfortable. I would recommend this place for a night or two, but no more than that.

The first time I stayed, I was on the top floors, and I remember it being very loud but this time I was actually downstairs and it was a little creepy, but it was quiet, which was nice. My main problem with the place is the locks on the doors. The keys are just regular house keys and there's no bolt on the inside of the door in case someone is trying to enter your room. Also, parking is very limited.

First of all the location is very central, close to the main bus station of city. theres plenty of restaurants, malls and minimarkets nearby so its very easy to get stuff fast and effortless. Second of all the service and pricing was very good 320₪ per night for a small yet very sofisticated and valueable room. the check in and check out was professional and fast, and even further beyond asked them for an extra 2 night stay and agreed with no hastle and the same room so i didnt need to pack up my stuff when i decided 12 hours before initial check out date. And for the main and most advanced and precious aspect of this hotel in my opinion. the hygiene and how clean the hotel is. the hotel itself is located in a area with a lot of building projects and renovations so from the outside theres dust and smoke from the work machhines. but from the inside, the lobby, the room hall, the hotel apartment, absolutely phenomenal how clean it is. ive been to multiple 5 stars hotel across europe some were even luxurious for the standart hotel, those hotels do not compete with level of clean and care of this hotel, i thank the cleanning staff very much for the pleasant stay. That is all for my review, i reccomend it highly to any tourists or travelers comming along, looking for a smal, very clean and quiet hotel.

Wasnt reallt the hotel's fault, one eve i belive august 12th? there was a power cut throught the city center area where the hotel resides, wasnt much to do from the hotel side. they called the electricity department of the city quickly and they were allready trying to fix the problem, i dont think it lasted even an hour.

We were more than satisfied with Melio Hotel. The room was very comfortable, although on the small side. Everything was clean and fresh- the bathroom, room, lobby ect. They were very flexible with check-in and out times. We were able to check in about 3 hours early and leave a little late- just call before to check it's ok. We've already recommended it to our family, and we will definitely be back here again!

One down side is that there is no elevator, though the hotel is only 3 stories high, so it's not too terrible. We were lucky enough to be on the first floor, but if we would have to climb 3 flights of steps every time, that would have been less fun... :)

The room was tiny, only a bit bigger than a double bed, but very comfortable. Bathroom was also tiny, but had everything I needed, except for counter space. Room was very clean and well organized. It had everything I really needed - place to put my suitcase, minibar, nightstands, electrical outlets.

The staff is great, very courteous, and kind. Sometimes there was free parking next to the place. They gave us an early check-in at 1230 and check out at 1230 as well. They gave us water bottles.

Some towels had brown/black spots on them. The water hole in the shower didn't work properly and was fixed right away. The price might be a bit expensive for the stay. It said you get a queen bed, but we got a double bed (2 separate ones connected)

Eilat is a beach holiday location; however, I did not choose this hotel to be near the beach, but right next to the Central Bus Station, which made it an excellent location. I walked to the beach which took about 15 minutes. It was clean and very comfortable. The room had TV and heat and A/C. The staff were friendly. There was an excellent, very popular Shawarma restaurant nearby, a mini-market next to the hotel. There was much more shopping also nearby. I chose Eilat for its location to go to Jordan (Petra), and St. Catherine, Egypt (Mt. Sinai). This worked out well.

There are no elevators and no breakfast. I knew this and booked the hotel purely based on its location.

We were on the first time on holiday on Eilat. We were met by the administrator. She was very kind and nice. Explain everything very clearly. We have a free coffee bar, a nice view from the windows. The location of the hotel is awesome. It's 10 minutes from the center of Eilat. So, we did the evening walk by beautiful Eilat.

I didn't even know there was a breakfast, The location was great we got to the center of eilat in 10 minutes walk, the room had enough space, the shower was very clean, and the staff were very nice!

In the morning we almost had no hot water which was a huge problem, i asked for new sheets and a new blanket, and they were a bit dirty and with hair on them, and we asked for 2 beds and got one bed they said we can split the be to 2 beds but there were no where to even move the beds so that wasn't great.

The hotel is wonderful. The location is convenient, there are shops nearby, a bakery that is open even on Saturdays, the beach is a 20-minute walk away. There is parking behind the hotel, there were no problems with places. In the lobby of the hotel there is a coffee machine, as well as tea, water, milk - all drinks are free. There is also an electric kettle in the room. Also there were safe box and mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, nicely decorated, new sanitary ware, snow-white towels and linen. The room was very cozy and quiet. Comfortable bed. We are very satisfied with the choice of hotel! The hotel is worth every shekel paid here. Separately, I want to thank the staff - very good service, employees are always ready to help and advise. We had a great vacation!

room with cozy beds, good bathroom and a refrigerator. Free coffee and free cold drinking water next to the counter. just opposite of the cntral Bus station in Elat. we had a room to the backyard which was really quiet. but the windows are thin and nearly no noise cancelling, so we ask not to get a room to the main street. wifi was just ok, but not really fast. it is 15 min walking to the beach and all the plazas. shower and air con were working perfect. the furniture is old thats true, but in our room everything was working and we spend the whole day outside at the beach and just came back for shower and sleep.
