I chose this hotel because of its location, reasonable room rates, and advertised private parking. The room was small, but comfortable and entirely adequate, Breakfast was good and filling. Staff was outstanding: friendly and helpful.

My only real complaint was that, contrary to their advertising, they do not have parking. The desk clerk on duty when I checked in was helpful in pointing out where I could park free behind the hotel. I was sure it was not a legal spot - it appeared to be an apartment building's driveway, not an actual street. In the end, nobody bothered my care while it was parked there, not did i receive a parking fine, But I worried about it for a day or so.

Location is good. The breakfast was very good! Nice shower, good shampoo and shower gel and they have a swimming pool.

They don't have a hair dryer in the room, but we asked at the reception, they gave to us but it wasn't working. The receptionist at night doesn't speak English, but he tried to explain the basics, like time for breakfast and check out time. During the day a receptionist lady speaks english, but she was so rude that maybe it was better do not speak with customers, we asked her where was the breakfast and she just answered in a rude way, after the check out we asked about how to go to the border by bus and she told us that wasn't any bus to go there, only by taxi, we google it and find many buses to go there, also we took a bus and it was very easy. If she doesn't like to talk with people or help guests, maybe she could work in another kind of job.

The staff went out of their way to make my 3 out of 4 day stay safe and welcoming after the tour company that I was traveling with, Tourist Israel left me stranded on the side of a busy road in Eilat without providing instructions on how to reach the accomodations for my first night. It was late, my cell phone wasn't working and with the noise of traffic and young people partying in the area, I walked around, lost and confused. The manager sent the hotel security guard to my rescue! For the remaining days, to my pleasant surprise, The Rich Boutique Hotel upgraded my accomodations free of charge. They turned a nightmare into one of the most memorable hotel stays I have experienced. I do not have enough kind words or gold star ratings to give this hotel. Thank you again .

Perfect location, in the very center, close to the bus station, near to the beach. Kind staff. Room clean and spacious enough, comfortable bed, large TV. Microwave and kettle in the room. Cozy spacious terrace with nice view, perfect to sit with friends. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Incredibly good breakfast.

Hot water only late in the morning, had to wait long, not suitable if you want to start the day earlier. Sometimes noisy because of building works around. But for the price paid everything was better than expected.

The location of the hotel is great, in the city center. Near to almost all attractions as mall, park, see beach etc. Breakfast was not bad as buffe. Very friendly staff. Pool is not big but enough. Good value for the money.

The room facility as shower cabine could be better.

It was excellent, we enjoyed it a lot and a huge thank you to a man named Adil who provided excellent and courteous service.

The total is in a reasonable location, about 15 minutes walk from the boardwalk. It was surprisingly clean and breakfast was good. For the amazing price - it was a real good deal.

The room was a little bit small, but it's ok for a short time vacation. Also why the room where we sleep , the parents was without TV?

I think this is the first time I give something 10 stars. Value for money is amazing. Room is simple, but has everything - air conditioning, very good shower, fridge, microwave, safe. Everything was as advertised - there was a pool with a lifeguard, a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was very friendly, special thanks to Oleg, who was always there for every question we had. Breakfast was very good, one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel.

There is no hotel parking, you have to park outside. Couldn't think of anything else :)
