the room is good and Breakfast is fables.

I did not like the color of the door to the rooms and the numbers on them, this reminded me a Jail!! This was a very bad experience of the black doors and huge numbers on them, this need to be change immediately.

Excellent location and good breakfast

The service was outstanding. Everyone was going out of their way to serve is well and in timy fashion. We felt like VIP guests and that was defintily more than I expected for the price.

There aren't many facilities in the Hotel but we didn't expect that much for the price. But it would be unfair not mention that nothing was ever missing for us. If we had any problem at all, the host would address that immidietly and find solutions in a timy fashion with a smile. They had pro-actively made efforts to make sure everything was in place.

We like the staff they provide us what we ask the manager is amazing she's concern the needs of the people it's important to her what we feel for staying in the hotel and the room is clean and the food is great

Need some stuff in the room don't have closet to put or hang the clothes don't have hair dryer don't have enough toilet paper we need to ask all the time

rooms in israel over all at the "value" rates are small - not just here. i have yet to stay at "high end" / deluxe rated places but all rooms are small. that being said - it was very good over all very nice place and staff was great. i would stay again for sure

a clean pool and hugh breakfast buffet incl. parking over the street also incl. staff very friendly. 15 min walk to the main boulevard a bit noisy in regards to the construction place over the street

a very small room and the furniture could be refurbish next time

the property is brand new, everything looks new, all the furniture looks brand new, just loved the experience, even the stuff especially the employee meital epstein, looking forward to comeback to this beautiful hotel 😃

For couple and son 16 years old one room with twin beds and one additional bed wasn’t comfortable enough .

Good value for money. Nothing more nothing less. The room looks like recently renovated.

The bathroom needs some touch updates…
