Food and the people and the ambiance

We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable junior suite with its private balcony. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The thoughtful welcome gift and delicious Shabbat pastry were delightful surprises. We also appreciated the variety of options at the breakfast buffet and the relaxing pool area.

While our overall experience was positive, we were a bit disappointed with the outdated furniture in the room. Additionally, finding parking on-site proved to be a bit challenging.

Breakfast - excellent selection of foods. Same for dinner. The gentleman that came around offering fresh coffees (with frothed milk) was a good touch. Clean facilities, constant table clearing. Well appointed shul.

Prefer to have charges added to bill (eg for dinner) and not have to go to the front desk to pay and then return with receipt to be allowed to eat. Middle of the night noisy guests(?) next door or in corridor. Also sounded like someone was moving furniture over our ceiling. - but we were on 4th floor…..?

Nice place for the value, quite big pool, including pool for infants. Around 12 min walking from the beach. 5 min walk from mall with a lot of activities. Good breakfast, activities for kids, playing room.

1) there were a lot of dirt in pool, plastic cups and even dishes around. Seems that cleaning staff wasn't checking pools at all. 2) not all the doors are accessible with stroller or luggage. You have to go through whole lobby to another side of the hotel in order to find access for baby strollers or wheelchair. 3) rooms are pretty small, bathroom in room requires remodeling, looks quite old. Fridge frizzed all the water into ice.

Very nice room - exceeded my expectations with respect to price..

I counted on the car electrical charging facilities - but there is no proper parking lot for the hotel (I actually wasted half an hour almost scratching my car going around the hotel's "parking lot"), anyway, the chargers were blocked by regular cars - I couldn't complain as even the nearby disabled parking spots were occupied by non-disabled cars :)

The hotel is in good location. Walking distance from everything. Although we were only 2 people, we got a big room, with fruit plat and bottle of wine.

The hotel is old and it seems that many of the walles needed paint and new carpets. In addition, there was cigarette smoke around the room area

The pool was clean and comfortable, the staff is amazing and does everything to have an exceptional stay, breakfast is very diverse and the food was very good.

It can be a bit hard to find a parking space in the hotel vicinity.

The food was very tasty. The musician was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was good.

The only drink served at dinner was water. We were charged extra for a room with a balcony, and every room in the hotel has a balcony.

Very nice hotel with very kind and friendly staff. We booked for one night with breakfast and since our flights were, arrival in the early morning and departure in the evening, the lady in the front desk gave us free of charge breakfast and late checkout on our last day. The hotel itself is very clean and well arranged. The room equipped with free coffee and water, free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with big variety of channels and a nice balcony with a view to the pool which is heated in winter season. We only ate breakfast and it was delicious with huge variety of choices. This is a great value for money hotel for couples and families and we highly recommend it for the next stay in Eilat.

Restaurant is in the lobby which is sometimes noisy.
