Friendly staff, especially the life guards at the pool who are truly attentive to the kids. Nice breakfast, very well located, close to everything. Some people in other reviews complained about the elevators being slow, but we didn't experience that at all.

The bathroom is poorly designed and one quick shower turns the bathroom into a small lake. The door glass is not well planned in order to retain the water inside the shower area. Another miss is the fact that there was no fruit at breakfast, which is uncommon for a hotel like this. And lastly, there is almost never parking space in the hotel's garage, so you have to park outside and pay for it.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel in December, as part of a longer stay in Israel. The hotel is ideally located very close to the beach, with a great view of the lagoon from our balcony (worth the extra money). There is a huge lobby for hanging out, and an outdoor pool that was just warm enough in December, however no hot tub. The dining room and included breakfast (available until 11:30am) are ENORMOUS, with a million choices every day. Very few tourists, although lots of Israeli families on vacation. Our room was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the nuts and chocolate. Convenient bus stop right out front will take you anywhere in Eilat you want to go. (Other reviews that mention the airport are out of date, the airport moved 20 km north about 2 years ago).

I was disappointed there was no hot tub. I realize in the summer, it's plenty hot enough, but it would have been great this time of year.

Nice place in a really good location, right on the boardwalk and close to some of the beaches. The staff was very nice and patient. The pool is really fun and nice. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Overall a positive experience. Highly recommend

The only thing I would point out is the matter of cleanliness. We had sticky material stuck in the room, at the foot of the bed on the carpet. We asked the cleaners to take it down but they didn't take it down either so we stepped on some kind of glue every time. In addition, the towels in the pool were not so clean, we took some towels with brown spots on them.

Nice room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice friendly staff. Nice location. Good breakfast. Something broke in the room and it was fixed immediately.

The parking situation is not great. The free parking filled up very quickly and we had to pay for street parking for most of our stay. At least there was ample paid parking available.

This was our second visit to the Dan Panorama. We found it to be a very good hotel several years ago and have just paid another visit. The hotel is large but everyone is catered for in a friendly manner. All the facilities we used were well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable; and the buffet breakfast selection was very good.

While the hotel caters for families, it would be a benefit to have an adult-only dining area. The many families at the hotel tend not to care that their children run wild through the dining area, making a quiet start to the day something of a fantasy.

The experience was wonderful. Everything was excellent, the service was incredible, the facilities were amazing, and the price was good. I highly recommend it.

The only detail that wasn't 10/10 was that there was no private parking, one day there weren't many cars, but the next it was very difficult to park

Everything was great! Comfortable, clean, great staff and location, heated pool, plenty of gluten free options for breakfast. Definitely will come back!

As for me, the room was rather cold. But it wasn't cold in the bathroom, and the blanket was warm:)

great staff, especially the receptionist Max. I was really happy with his attitude and got a free room upgrade. Room service was super friendly, they returned and cleaned the room after we’ve cancelled their first attempt at 9 am. Great location, pool and thick walls between rooms

half of the area above the bath tub is open, so you have to put the towel on it otherwise the floor will be wet. Also I would be happy to have jacuzzi or sauna, but I was more than happy with the pool and it’s temperature in January. you can really comfortably swim there in winter last thing I wish they could improve are the doors, unlike walls they let some noise enter the room

Lovely hotel. The rooms are big enough, clean. There was a beautiful view to the lagoona and montains. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff was nice. the swimming pool is heated.

the coffee during the breakfast on shabat was bad .

1) Location is A+++ Location is A++++ Location is A+++++ 2) it's correct to have a kettle in the room ... actually, this is the main and only real big advantage

1) bed dress wasn't changed during whole week: this is inacceptable for the hotel you pay 245 €/day 2) three elevators aren't enough for the quantity of guests 3) the receptionists doesn't speak/understand well English 4) housekeeping is sloppy and superficial
