Great variety...Delicious!!!

Friendly staff, especially the life guards at the pool who are truly attentive to the kids. Nice breakfast, very well located, close to everything. Some people in other reviews complained about the elevators being slow, but we didn't experience that at all.

The bathroom is poorly designed and one quick shower turns the bathroom into a small lake. The door glass is not well planned in order to retain the water inside the shower area. Another miss is the fact that there was no fruit at breakfast, which is uncommon for a hotel like this. And lastly, there is almost never parking space in the hotel's garage, so you have to park outside and pay for it.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel in December, as part of a longer stay in Israel. The hotel is ideally located very close to the beach, with a great view of the lagoon from our balcony (worth the extra money). There is a huge lobby for hanging out, and an outdoor pool that was just warm enough in December, however no hot tub. The dining room and included breakfast (available until 11:30am) are ENORMOUS, with a million choices every day. Very few tourists, although lots of Israeli families on vacation. Our room was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the nuts and chocolate. Convenient bus stop right out front will take you anywhere in Eilat you want to go. (Other reviews that mention the airport are out of date, the airport moved 20 km north about 2 years ago).

I was disappointed there was no hot tub. I realize in the summer, it's plenty hot enough, but it would have been great this time of year.

Nice place in a really good location, right on the boardwalk and close to some of the beaches. The staff was very nice and patient. The pool is really fun and nice. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Overall a positive experience. Highly recommend

The only thing I would point out is the matter of cleanliness. We had sticky material stuck in the room, at the foot of the bed on the carpet. We asked the cleaners to take it down but they didn't take it down either so we stepped on some kind of glue every time. In addition, the towels in the pool were not so clean, we took some towels with brown spots on them.

Location was great. Service mostly really good. Lovely pool area.

Parking not great. Mostly with 'Parking full' sign displayed, leaving us to park on the road and worry about pango.When it WAS available had to call a number at the gate and wait 5 minutes for the security guy to come down and manually open the barrier - and same on way out of the car park! The hotel is a bit dated.

This was an amazing experience! Front desk people were so kind and sweet! Beds are so comfortable you never want to get out. Food was also so good . The room is HUGE

Everything was for real perfect!!!! If I were really trying hard to find something not perfect the pool is a bit small compared to other hotels in the area..... It isn't small it's just smaller

Nice room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice friendly staff. Nice location. Good breakfast. Something broke in the room and it was fixed immediately.

The parking situation is not great. The free parking filled up very quickly and we had to pay for street parking for most of our stay. At least there was ample paid parking available.

The pool area was very noisy there was music blaring which made it unpleasant to so there We asked several of the staff to put the music down they said they would but didn’t do it So we had to go back to our balcony which was very pleasant

Although the hotel is a touch outdated in terms of decor it was very tidy and clean. The room was big and comfortable. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Especially Max from the reception desk that welcomed us and helped is with whatever we needed.

The experience was wonderful. Everything was excellent, the service was incredible, the facilities were amazing, and the price was good. I highly recommend it.

The only detail that wasn't 10/10 was that there was no private parking, one day there weren't many cars, but the next it was very difficult to park
