Amazing breakfast with many options to choose from. The rooms were cleaned daily and amenities added. They had free snack table in the middle of the day which was tasty and pleasant. The pools were cleaned every evening and morning with no smell or feeling of chlorine which was great. Overall good stay.

In booking I didn't see the option to also have dinner included which was a tad unfortunate. In the room there was no bath, maybe missed it on my part during the booking but when you go with kids a bath is needed. Sadly they had no step stool. The sink was a tad high for my kid so we basically had to lift him up to reach the sink. Would be great to add that in the future.

The location was amazing, just 30 seconds walk from hotel pool to the beach. Food was great although deserts need some serious work. Rooms are amazing and views are superb. Also a kiosk right below the entrance helps.

Hostesses were not too welcoming. A rare smile could bee seen only when they were chasing with one another behind the counter. In the room there was only 1 bar stool. Didn't rely make any sense. A small thing but balcony furniture is too bulky. chairs are alright but the table definitely could be smaller.

Breakfast was very good. Loved the seating area outside of the dining room which was a bonus Pool area lovely. Clean. I have been to this hotel earlier in the year and liked it enough to return. The location is amazing - right on the beach. With free beach loungers for hotel guests

Not having waiters come round to fill up coffee is very annoying. Having a coffee station where one has to wait in line is very frustrating. Coffee pots should be placed on tables when guests sit down at their chosen table Also used plates were not removed from the tables frequently enough

Location is perfect, breakfast selection is delicious, comfy bed. Family friendly

Breakfast time is like the hunger games, guests scrapping food, loud children. Reception area is short staffed so there are long waiting times. It is a family friendly hotel, so if get annoyed by children throwing temper tantrums, running by the pool, and all what it comes with it, it’s better to find another place.

The breakfast was very good and the choices were excellent. It would greatly help if more of the staff understood English. The toiletries were not sufficient for two people but that was remedied by a call to the front desk. We also liked the onsite synagogue which had a minyan every day.

If more of the staff understood and spoke English our stay would have been more pleasant. The concierge wouldn’t assist in making a reservation to the WOW Show because it was in another hotel.

The room was very clean and when I walked in it smelled good. The crew was very nice and helpful, very fast to respond when I requested something. The hotel is located on the boardwalk and has an exit to the beach from the pool (not a private beach)

The door to the room was a bit hard to close, and the handle fell off once. It was at 11 pm, and it took them only 10 minutes to send someone over (very fast). The smoke detector was flushing over the bed. When I closed all the lights the flush was very noticeable. .

Awesome panorama on the sea. Kind and helpful staff. Well equipped room and balcony. Central location, well known to everyone. Big swimming pool. Rear entrance leading to the beach. Tasty breakfast with quite big variety of food.

Noise from the beach club present until 00:00. People yelling, screaming. Also, when a lot of families arrive for the weekend, the restaurant turns chaotic. The room has seen better days. The tap was loose, balcony door's lock was barely holding, light sockets loose. The parking lot is limited, those who arrive late can't park.

Everything was amazing. The staff the food was really really good. Even on Saturday the selection was huge. My daughter who does not eat gluten asked for gluten free bread and was brought an entire plate of gluten free cakes breads and pancakes.

If I'm being picky . Jacuzzi in the hotel would be nice

When we arrived to the hotel we were welcome by the kind staff. The breakfast was very good with many options of different food. This vacation was beyond expectation and I will come back again.

Everything ! The hotel is clean and beautiful view from the room , the pool is relaxing with great music . Great snack bar with good verity. Breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had . Recommended !
