Room was clean enough, but not perfect because it is an old hotel. But I loved the modern things! Everyone was super nice. The food tasted fresh. There was no icky hotel smell. There are resturants right outside the hotel for a quick bite! And a small supermarket with snacks. Very convinient.

I didn't like that the pool, and play rooms only open at 10am. With a baby i would have loved to been able to use the playroom whenever I wanted, or at least at 8am. Parking was fine, not the best, but atleast free. The area doesn't make you feel like you're in eilat, it's more of a typical israeli city. You need to walk about 10min before you feel like you're in a vacation spot.

Breakfast was quite good, the hotel is well maintained. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Family room is spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Balcony railings are very low which is risky with small children who could easily climb above it. Pools water was a bit cold. There is no external upper locks on the room doors which is problematic with toddlers as thet can easily open the key lock.

Comfortable rooms, looks clean, good AC, room with balcony - balcony very small ha-ha, but ok, I think this is good value for money, the staff is perfect - reception, security, room cleaner!!! Only the pool cleaning was some issue, I don't understand what's happened there, there were a lot of trash and dirt around the pool, the water in pool clean. In Mart it was a bit cold yet to swim in the pool :) We didn't eat in hotel 's restorant. The location is good enough, everything is close. Good supermarket near, Shvarma right on the corner is excellent. We had some very loud young neighbors in next room, around 11pm they made a real party in the room - very loud music, screaming, so i came to reception and showed them a video - right after that security came to them and everything became quiet.

The isolation between room and corridor could better. With the pool cleaning was some issue, I don't understand what's happened there, there were a lot of trash and dirt around the pool, and it took about 2 hours to clean it.

Location is great , beside resturants and 10 mins walking distance to tielet ,rooms are spacious, clean and tidy , it has a parking lot , breakfast was great with wide variety of choices , nice and cozy setting area in the lobby, lobby has a library , there is ironing room that visitors can use for free , there is a play room for kids , and nice pool area with covered area , staff were friendly .

There is no closet just metal shelves , very tiny balcony does not fit chairs , you can only stand or sit down on the floor because its too small, bathroom could be cleaner

Booked for 1 night stay, but we want to stay more♥️. We arrived early at the hotel, but we had our room key earlier than the check-in time. The receptionist is very intusiastic and accommodating. The room is good, clean 👌 (not so spotless but cleaned good), the breakfast is great and all the staff are very accommodating. The location of the hotel is good and strategic if you just want to chill and relax , quiet, walking distance from the malls and parks. Housekeeping staff is great! Highly recommended 👌 Definitely coming back😊

Free easy access limited parking next to entrance. Great rain shower. Front desk staff were very pleasant and upgraded our room for free, and popped popcorn for us.

Unsecured parking had human feces in multiple places and was very full in February despite the hotel being not busy, likely due to a lack of security or gate, so anyone in the city could park there for free. While there was a nice outdoor bathtub for each terrace room, there is no privacy as anyone who walks by could look at us, as well as the smoke from people smoking on the balcony was right next to us. A small barrier or wall would help for privacy (although not against the smoke)

Rooms were big and the bed was superbly comfortable. Our four teens were in the family room and had tons of space (including two pull out sofas). The staff was lovely. The breakfast had many options. There was a place to light Channuka candles and the hotel provided free sufganiyot! Location was decent although we had to drive to many places. Really good value for a family vacation!

When there was a rush around 9:30ish at breakfast it was crowded and the most popular foods (like waffles) weren't replenished quickly.

Relatively big room, fast wifi, great wifi and the staff are working extra hard. Always smiling and making sure everything is ok. Not perfect in some logistics areas (missing paint) but it's ok to live with.

No free parking lot (and it's hard finding parking in this area). You could park on the street (5 minutes of walking) but it's expensive. Also, I had so "punching" noises coming from the top of my room. Not sure if these were kids or something else.

Clean,comfortable and safe. Location is great.you get more than what you pay for.breakfast is very good. Stuff is amazing and responding fast for any request. Sapir from front desk is very kind and helpful,she ensured my stay will be good and upgraded any request I had. I personally didnt like the freshener in hallways.it wasn’t bad,just not the smell I like.

Good value. Hotel is a little bit old but they keep it CLEAN. I hate dirty rooms so I appreciated it. They say "You get what you pay for" - well, I got a BIT more than what I paid for. It is quite rare that you get a 'lot more than what you pay for" so I was VERY happy. Staff VERY friendly, I felt 'wanted'

The lobby is very clean but they have some sort of perfume that did not agree with my nose. Maybe others like that perfume but I certainly did not. Since the lobby is OTHERWISE very clean, they really did not need that perfume. Dear Management --> everything is great, please DROP the perfume, that's all.
