When we had our first contact after making the reservation it became clear that the room was going to be a bit small for our needs, and we were offered - and accepted - a complimentary upgrade to a small suite. This was very helpful and much appreciated! We also really liked all of the efforts made to provide activities / entertainment for families with children. (It is not relevant for us at this stage, however it was great to see.)

There was no where to hang damp towels - after swimming, bathing. We also heard noise from the corridor, and/or possibly from adjacent rooms. it is not a quiet hotel in that way. There should be screens put on the windows. This is a potential hazard, particularly for small children. I smelled mildew in the bathroom; my husband did not. (I am allergic to mold and perhaps more sensitive.)

Have stayed here before, but that was quite some time ago, so actually surprised that nothing really how changed that much - so, the room felt quite familiar, but a bit outdated. Having said that, overall was really satisfied - the room was very spacious (with separate compartment for bedroom, and likely was the most basic room type they have) and bed was more comfy for sleep than the first glance might suggest. Almost perfect location - very close to bus station (if luggage can be carried at all, no need for taxi) and reasonably close to everything else. Breakfast standard Israeli stuff, but good. Will consider staying again.

We only stayed here for one night before crossing the boarder from Israel to Jordan. Our room was lovely and spacious, modern, clean and with a small fridge and a kettle. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant with lots of options to chose from. There is free parking on site.

Nothing really, though again we only came for a night during the war so can't speak what its like for a proper vacation.

Price of breakfast was way too high at $40. Nearby cafe Shoshana had a much better offering at half that price with amazing cappuccino and rich breakfast offerings

Very clean and beautiful, great dinner and breakfast, underground parking, perfect, really perfect mattress. I would be happy to stay there again.

Construction site right next to the hotel. There was no noise (I stayed at the weekend), but the view from the pool is not too beautiful

Clean, quiet, good location, parking available and near bus line. Good value for money, excellent buffet breakfast, helpful, cooperative staff.

The staff was brilliant from A to Z. Jeff from Reservations, Patricia from Reception and Adel (I think) from Lobby. As well the Dining room responsible was extra service oriented. But...Again...from A to Z...Everyone was always smiling and willing to help

Maybe to found some options to eat on the holidays/ Chabat after the pool closure and some fruit plates to buy. Not critical. Is a recommendation only

The staff was very good and the food also. The room was spacious, clean and pleasant.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Patricia at the front desk. Food was good, there was plenty of variety. Highly recommend getting a room with a pool view balcony if you are spending Shabbat there or planning on staying in the hotel.

Great rooms, lots of room. New showers. Great balcony.

Missing Parking. Pool area not clean during the day.
