Room was great and clean. It was not sea facing, so views were not great, tho we did ask for pool or sea view. Breakfast was just okay, nothing to get excited about. Nothing was labled in English, so was a bit difficult to know what you’re eating, especially in a foreign country as there were foods I did not recognise

The language barrier. I do believe that in a country that has many tourist, hotels in a large tourist destination…… English should be a communal language. No one at reception or the employees in the hotel could speak English

We were fond of the staff’s hospitality towards us and other guests of the hotel. The front desk receptionists were very helpful in answering our questions and familiarizing us with the region. The housekeeping cleaners supplied us with lots of amenities that we never found the need to call for more. Last but not least, the restaurant workers prepared a fine selection of cuisine to choose from in the morning buffet that kept us satisfied.

An old security guard did not greet us kindly when we tried to park in the hotel’s parking lot.

I simply suggest that you continue with everything you provide and the way you approach it, which is wonderful. I have been in several hotels in different cities in our tiny country for one reason or another. A hotel worthy of praise in all respects like this hotel I have not seen yet.

Only one thing that was said by the secretary that me and the whole family have to leave the hotel early at 14:00.

Awesome Location,Good Food,Nice Pool View and a Very Friendly and Helpful Staff. Extra Credit to Oksana,Sharon and Oshri (I hope I remember the names correctly) We have received a very pleasant surprise in honor of my partners Birthday, it really made our stay much more enjoyable and memorable :)

The Cleaning Staff unfortunately only cleaned our Bathroom but didn’t make our bed

Great location, balcony thought it has no view, good breakfast considering Passover, great bed , great shower , good toiletries and very pleasant smell in the whole hotel. pool was nice and big ! Excellent staff ! reception are polite and very professional. the cleaning guys who took care of the room for our week stay were wonderful! Amin and Kutaiba had the best manners in Eilat: Kind,polite,excellent in cleaning ! they made us animals and hearts with towels as well ! so nice housekeepers! we liked staying by Astral Maris and will be back !

it was too crowded with people , not the hotel fault , and expensive in my opinion because of Passover . price were too high !

A good breakfast, nice dinner on friday evening pool is ok there is ice machine in pool that's a bonus
