These are of course troubled times for Eilat tourism so not many people were at the hotel.. The hotel is really nice, the staff are kind, the hotel is sparkling clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. I plan to stay there again in the future.

The hotel changed hands recently and a few things still need to be done - safety grip bars in the shower, for example. I needed to ask for a hair dryer - but it was supplied. Likewise capsules for the espresso machine in my room, but I got those as well. Given the wartime conditions, these are minor issues!

I really enjoyed my stay! The amenities were not only nice but also very comfortable, with a clear attention to detail and a focus on guest comfort throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making the experience even more memorable. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a truly relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Mrs. Mati referred to us And for other guests who touched us with great courtesy and a particularly warm and impressive attitude, she responded positively to every request and made a special effort to make us satisfied. The staff really went above and beyond for us- I arrived for a 1 year wedding anniversary getaway with a sick husband in tow (and not feeling great myself). They let us check into the room early (and gave us a late checkout as the room was not booked), had a little celebration for us waiting in the room, consistently asked about us everytime we walked through the lobby and even called me to check-in. We felt really cared for. Location is great- the bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel, it is a very short walk to the waterfront and mall I had read mix reviews about breakfast- it is not overly elaborate but everything was very tasty, that there was a good selection of fresh veg and salads, protein options ect. We were very happy and would happily eat it anytime

We booked a park view room, be aware that this also faces the main street so we could hear cars and buses driving by and when we have 2 sick people trying to rest at times this was frustrating.

The people had great attitudes. Very and quickly responsive with questions about the coffee machine, TV and Air Conditioning. The place was very clean. There was a first class restaurant adjacent to the hotel which gave a discount for dinner to hotel guests and the food was surprisingly excellent. They hosted the free breakfast with the same excellence. The main Eilat promenade and the beach was close. I highly recommend the Play Eilat Hotel.

A quiet hotel in a perfect location! We liked everything: variable tasty food prepared by a skillful chef at Varkada restaurant, clean and calm pool area where you can relax and cool down, attentive daily room cleaning service, responsive reception. A bus stop is located at the hotel door and it can be used to go to/from central bus station, Coral Beach, Underwater world - all places from just one bus stop. The closest beach, promenade and Azrieli mall are just 1 minute walk away. When we came, we received free room upgrade and after checkout we were allowed to store baggage and use the pool until we had to leave Eilat. Will definitely return to Play Eilat Hotel!

The staff were very friendly and approachable.Mohamad helps us to fix small problems in the room.the manager of the hotel let us stay in the room where we felt comfortable and the food was so healthy and delicious ,the kitchen staff were so kind.And lastly it was near from the shopping mall,tayelet,restaurants,beaches.

Location is perfect Clean and big rooms Great lines Coffee machine

No air conditioning in the corridor Breakfast is pretty basic Towels were not changed every day, only by request No water glasses in 1 room and no coffee capsules in second Ignored our comments in reservation what made us add 150 nis to resolve a reservation issue of 2 closed rooms

very amazing property. Not only was the property in a great location, clean, spacious, and had great breakfast. But the staff was amazing. I didn't catch the name of the manager but she went out of her way to help us with activities we had booked because we couldn't speak the language. Armando at the reception was also amazing and ensured we knew where to go and went out of his way to message us to ensure we knew what we were doing. Would recommend a million times over.

The Breakfast was fabulous and the service for the room and the location was perfect near the beach and the mall and all the taxi service was close

The TV wasn't good enough a lil bit old but anyhow it was good thanks a lot and the people on the Reception they really nice like Sapir and other female
