The place was so good and they were really nice staff suzi in the reception helped us, she also was so nice. They gave us an upgrade which I appreciate it 🙏🏻 the room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable, they also brought us chocolate and 2 bottles of water which was nice. The dinner was really great and the food was very delicious. Also breakfast was very tasty.

On the check out day , Before even 11 o clock someone from the housekeeping team came in to the room without permission and let him self in, at 11 oclock while we were preparing our stuff to leave the security started knocking on the door and asked us out . Really wasn’t respectful.

First, the receptionist was very pleasant. We received a free upgrade from a standard room to a suite. The room was good. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is superb - close to everything by foot, and easy to reach by car (from outside the city).

Noisy. Outside: The room was close to a nearby bridge, which was noisy. Inside: The corridor sounds are very much heard in the room.

I really liked the breakfast. The best one I had in an Israeli hotel! I also liked their professional way of dealing with me being with Lactose intolerance and the staff's knowledge about it. It was so helpful!

All was great actually, a lot of nice cozy details, nice food, friendly personnel

We had strange check in with parking problems and not very friendly manager at the desk, I was going to put much lower note. But then a lady manager came in, she was so charming, lovely, empathetic, professional and nice (along with other personnel, at the restaurant, room service), that I couldn't put anything but higher note.

The food was very delicious 😋 the room was big and the place is good 👍

Cleaning, window view, no parking places, the staff is not so polite

Big room with balcony overlooking the pool. Walk-in shower. Pancakes for breakfast! :)

Upon arrival, ants found in the bathroom, TV not working, old food/drink left in the fridge - all resolved by hotel staff within 30 minutes of me raising the issues.

Small, totally renovated hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast reach and tasty. A suprmarket right in the building and a big shopping mall 5 minutes to go.

Parking is allways a problem in this area. The Hotel is not at the beach front, it's about 5-7 minutes to go to the beach.
