Thank you very much for spending a great time at the Brown Hotel, and special thanks to the receptionist Maayan...it was a very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel...and the kind treatment of the staff, especially Maayan, she took great care of us and made us feel as if we were in our second home. However, its prices are very cheap compared to these high features. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at Adam Boutique Hotel! 🌸 The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Anchal and Roksane were truly amazing, and the young lady at the reception was simply wonderful — they all deserve the highest praise. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of choices every day. The hotel grounds were spotless, cleaned regularly throughout the day, which made the whole atmosphere so pleasant. A big thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and welcoming experience. I truly felt at home — and I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is really close to the mall and marina. The room was very well decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast is various and had a lot of options. The receptionists were very kind and helpful with every request. We had dinner at Cena and the pizza was good !

The parking was always full Apparently in Shabbat the coffe machine is not working and you have to make yourself the coffee with the powder and hot water. The swimming pool area is not huge and was very hard to find a place to sit, plus the water was not super clean. The WiFi in the room is not working very well,the signal is not really strong.

The Brown Eilat is an older hotel, but we were aware of this. We weren't happy with the room we were given but fortunately Shachar, the helpful receptionist, found us a better option on a higher floor. The pool isn't huge, but it was never crowded, and it was very relaxing spending time there. The breakfast offers a good and varied selection. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Considering what we paid, the hotel was excellent value for money.

I didn't like the fact that a member of staff was sweeping the floor under our table whilst we were eating our breakfast or that the coffee served with breakfast isn't from a proper coffee machine.

At first, we thank Nati at the reception for her kind assistance with whatever we needed. Other things that stand out are design, colors and fresh smell. The room has a large tv that can be conveniently connected to the mobile device. All the amenities in the room were working well. The showering kits were of good quality with nice scent. The location is great and quiet. Ot to close to malls restaurants and beaches. The pool area is very relaxing: a pool itself is pretty deep up to 1.8 meters. The ambient music was great, and there was a bar with food and drinks. One could choose cozy and soft loungers together with regular plastic ones. A breakfast was very tasty and diverse, we could even order a cold coffee which is the first time we could do in a hotel. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful and kind. The lobby is very lively even in the evening because it is also used as a restaurant.

The staff was amazing, especially Angel who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The hosting was generous and breakfast was lovely. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. The hotel is modern and my teenaged daughter loved the interior design. The location is central, near the beach and the airconditioned shopping mall.

There are very few sunbeds in the pool area, and at the hight of the season it was challenging to find a free bed and pool towels. Also, the view from the window was dissapointing - you had to overlook some very ugly buildings to see a fraction of the sea.

amenities are good, staff is polite, breakfast is pretty standard - you get exactly what you expect from usual israeli hotel breakfast, interior is way prettier then all neighboring hotels', room is okay for it's price

Very small parking, no place guaranteed. I had to look for parking by myself and found the nearest one in 0,5km from the hotel. I was notified about reason of a discount (window can face construction site) only AFTER making a partially refundable reservation. however, I have got the room with a pool view, so there were no problems, but I was a bit concerned about the sequence of th4e news after the reservation

We love Brown Hotels so we wanted to try this one in Eilat and I'm happy to report that they didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a cozy hotel, rooms not too big but very comfy and CLEAN and the staff is exceptionally friendly (specially thanks to Shay our young and sweet receptionist that was helpful and professionally addressed all our requests) .

due to current events (israel/palestine war), i actually canceled my stay at this property because this was booked a week weeks prior to the war. upon landing in aqaba, jordan, i actually heard word that the israel/jordan border crossing had since closed. during the traveling process though, i did message the hotel from the website, and they were always very nice and responsive. i notified them that i would not be staying at the hotel for the 1 night booked, but since the room was non-refundable, please allow anyone fleeing from the violence who needs room and board, to use my room for the night. they were very kind, and i hope some displaced residents were able to have at least one night of peaceful sleep.

We really liked the hotel. Good location near to the port and restaurants. Parking in the hotel. The room was new, nice, warm. Warm shower, comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was amazing! We wanted to hav a brekfast in restaurant near, but decided to take it at the hotel. And it was the best decision. The wide viriety of dishes - delicious!
