It is very obvious that the hotel management cares that the customer will be happy and satisfied and it felt wonderful knowing that they care! Service was excellent and very kind! Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Big room and super comfortable beds (both for us parents as well as for our two adolescent kids).

I don't know if I didn't like it but it felt strange that 9AM the hotel "wakes up" everyone with extremely load music coming from the pool. Also, it is very apparent that the hotel is old... Renovation could be a good idea. And perhaps additional charging stations for electric cars.

The hotel is super clean, staff is friendly. The room is big and comfortable. Huge bed! .Hotel lobby bar is good, pool bar is good.

It's a walking distance to the beach - not too long but not a short walk. I think breakfast can be richer and at least have a coffee barista. I wonder if at peek season the pool isn't too small?

The swimming pool was a mess. Not a chair or shade to be found, too loud music

Location was very good, though on the north side of the lagoon so slightly further from the promenade. Food was plentiful and varied. We had a small issue with our room when we arrived, and the hotel immediately moved us to another (better) room. There was also an active synagogue in the hotel, which was a big plus for us.

Would have loved some smoked salmon at breakfast.

The room was clean and a great size, the pool is nice and the location is pretty good. The hotel staff called every day to make sure everything was fine

We received the room a little late and they had not yet finished cleaning it, at breakfast the selection was indeed large but the hotel employees had difficulty maintaining order and cleanliness which were very lacking, on Saturday the selection was poor for us and we had to eat outside.

Everything was exceptional! Starting from the customer service call the day before our arrival to check if there is any special request. Amazing staff everywhere, , extremely friendly and welcoming let it be at the reception, housekeeping and restaurants. Large room with a nice view of Eilat bay. Great facilities and a comfortable queen bed. Activities during the day and night. Close proximity to the bus station (1 min walk) to Ramon airport and Taba. Best value for money.

Not sure why the pool snack bar was closed on Saturday while the bar at the lobby was operating. For the majority of guests who enjoyed the outdoor it would be nice to keep it open ..

Loved the heated pool, the newly renovated large room with Laguna view was perfect. Also the synagogue services were really good.

No Gym - The gym is not operated by the hotel and is not free. Also has very limited hours which is not up to standard for hotels in the area.

The staff was great Managers Nino De Guzman. And Avi The masgicha and rabbi Shalom and Yana in rhe dinimg room there smiles lit up the morning Food plentiful and delicious. Large varieties to choose from. Both breakfast and dinner Rooms were clean pool was hot Natli in the sauna made sure we enjoyed ourselves in the spa. Room service was great. Desserts are not good for someone on a diet. Impossible to stay away. Lounge was comfortable Under the wood roof outside the pool during the day was my favorite spot. Well worth the money. Check in was fast!!

Too many desserts too choose from. I was sitting in a smoking sectionals sometimes thete were to many smokers

Very humane staff that were happy to help at every point of the day and do whatever is in their power to help.

A little bit dirty in places, not a big thing because they will clean/replace whatever needed.

Everything was amazing. It looks way better than the photos on the website show. The staff were very nice and helped with any questions or problems we had. Regretted not booking a longer stay.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that they put a wine bottle in the room but there weren't any good cork screws to open the wine bottle with.
