The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The service was personal. For my husbands bithday, which we did not even tell them about- the hotel suprised us with a delicious cake and a nice bottle of wine! ! The staff paid special attention to.our soldier sons and made them feel very welcome and even offered to do their laundry. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view was very nice. We would come back again!

The play rooms with the games was very run down and the machine took our coins but did not work. :( If the pool had been heated the entire stay would have been perfect. The food was the only thing I felt could have been better. After being in other 4 star hotel that same week, we were able to compare the foods. We felt that the VERT had the least variety and was much more simple than the others. The coffee was great! The sauna and gym should have been part of the hotel amenities and not have a an entrance fee.

The staff was very accomodating and extremely helpful. Especialy Kiril from the reception, who was so helpful in any and every way from start to finish. Any request we had was responded to in a very proffesional manner within minutes. The hotel staff makes rounds at night to change towels and offer water and ask if you have anything you need. We willl definitely come back.

The location is great (near the Marina), 5mns walk to the sea, 5 mins walk to Ice Mall. The hotel is bright and with a nice deco, breakfast is excellent and very fresh. We got a free upgrade for a room with a balcony and marina view which was very nice. Thank you!

we came for a biking vacation. the room was nice and big. the staff were all very helpful and courteous the long breakfast hour was the only reason we didnt miss out on breakfast. sadly our stay was short and we didnt get to enjoy the other facilities. the sweet treat and water bottles in our room were perfect.

i have no complaints about any part of our stay and accommodation

great room with plenty of space and clean. lovely balcony with view of lagoon great breakfast and Friday night dinner. reception staff friendly and helpful. realy good massage at the spa.

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English. Last day morning (Sunday) the staff had a breakfast together with clients! I never had this experience before although I traveled around the world! I missed slippers.

‏Everything was excellent, starting from the reception and the spacious rooms. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to everythin 10/10

Everything was incredible and clean from the pool to the room to the food !!.. we would definitely stay again!!.. we booked a place previously and had to leave in the middle of the night to switch to the vert and we were so happy and thankful we did!!
