Everything about our stay was incredible. From the warm, personalized welcome (and treatment throughout!) we received from Ayelet to the Kashrut sensitivities shown by the fantastic explanation posting at the lavish breakfast that made it so comfortable for us to eat there - every aspect of our stay was fabulous. For those of us who take halacha seriously, we found the hotel is very welcoming and caters to every level of religious observance. Multiple daily minyanim on-site for all the Tefillot was definitely a plus we had not anticipated. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to the water and shops. We would absolutely recommend it and definitely plan on coming back the next opportunity we have to get away for a few days.

Honestly... Nothing. Really everything was great.

The hotel location is great for shopping and restaurants. We went during the off season so it was quiet and relaxed The breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from I'd definitely return.

The hotel in some ways is showing its age and maintenance is slipping over the years In the room the AC panel didn't work you have to guess the settings The TV only has 7 of 55 random channels the rest have no signal and don't work The bathroom was large but the shower wasn't practical and is small. You have to squeeze into it while not splashing all the water onto the floor The bottles of water in the room weren't replaced You can smell smoke from the smoking rooms Rooms aren't sound proof

Breakfast was amazing, everything and anything you need, good quantities, well prepared, for kids and adults. Though the pool is not big, it was just enough. As it was August, it was crowded with too many ball games, but manageable. The room was clean and any complaint was address with urgency, daily cleaned. Location is excellent! close to all areas.

Though not hotel's fault, but too many people smoking and drinking unauthorized alcohol in the pool area. Our AC control panel had no control over the AC: freezer mode or off. We asked to fix it, but they needed to wait for electrician which might happen in the future.

We loved absolutely everything! we always go to hotels and this time at this hotel it was a first, the staff gave us a great room upgrade for free and the day later when I mentioned my husband's birthday they surprised us with a beautiful cake and wine on the house :) it definitely became our favourite hotel! :) the food was very very good (as a professional cook I mean it - great flavours) we very much recommend this hotel :))

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable my wife and I had a great time relaxing in them. Location was beautiful and close to everything.

fitness center main cable machine was broken which made up most of the fitness center. The pool closed at 1700 which doesn't really make too much sense.

The room was at a perfect size and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - the salad bar and cakes were really brilliant. The pool was fantastic, the kids had a blast! loved our stay

check-in was really late, got our room at 18:00 and not around 15:00 as promised. reception representative wasn't very welcoming. the rooms aren't soundproof, we could hear trucks and people on the street (our room was on the 9th floor!!) after a long wait and a lot of begging, we got the room for only one hour, checked out at 12:30 eventually rather than 11:30. Regardless of the "pass" we got, we had security coming to kick us out of the room three times. felt really unwelcome.

Pool was great, location was great and staff was friendly and fast.

Smell in one of the rooms (471) was terrible, was sprayed the afternoon day after which improved. The air condition in the room stopped every 15-20 min, and one night and day after didn’t work at all - It was fixed relatively fast though, but still the air condition stopped every 15 min which was hot in the room. Breakfast was ok considering Passover kosher….

Great location, amazing food and nice view. The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff was attentive and kind. The whole place is wheelchair accessible, there is good parking and the location is the best - close to the beach, and shopping centers also.

The restaurant area was not well organized, chaotic during dinner time, although this was probably more the undisciplined guests than the hotel. Got better after some complaints were shared. There was no air conditioning (January) so the room got pretty heated up and there was some annoying noise coming from the pool area (probably some kind of cleaning or filtering machine sound).

I came down to participate in petting zoos for mfunim- I was incredibly impressed with the treatment that they were receiving by the staff- I will never forget this experience! The food being served was so plentiful and delicious!! The facilities for the children were as good as one could expect. Kol ha kavod!!!

The sea and mountain view from the balcony of the hotel room is amazing. 👌 I love the foods, it's too much 😋 Room is so clean and toilet is sanitised Staffs are amazingly kind and polite and so helpful And the hotel structure design is top jewel in the crown 😍
