From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were captivated. The soaring ceilings and stunning desert rock formations set the tone for an experience of pure luxury. As we moved further into the hotel, the breathtaking view of the pool, leading seamlessly to the beach and the endless expanse of the Red Sea, left us in awe. The location is nothing short of perfection, and waking up to the magnificent sea views from our room was an absolute highlight. The hotel’s gym has top-tier equipment, well maintained, ensuring a great fitness experience. The breakfast buffet was unparalleled—offering an astonishing variety of fresh, high-quality selections that exceeded anything we’ve encountered before. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the time spent in the business lounge. With an array of fresh salads, smoked salmon, and some cooked food available throughout the day and a self-service alcohol bar, it became our go-to spot for relaxation. Yet what set the lounge apart was its exceptional team. Oxana, Valentina, and Calee, alongside the remarkable Guest Relations Manager, Linoy, ensured that every moment was seamless and indulgent. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism elevated our experience beyond expectations. A particularly thoughtful touch came from Linoy. When booking, I was asked about my interests—a surprising and uncommon question. I casually mentioned “jazz,” and upon arriving at our room after check-in, we discovered that the TV had been pre-set to a jazz music station. A nice, surprising touch. This hotel delivers unmatched luxury and breathtaking views but also a level of hospitality that is remarkable. We plan to be back asap.

Everything as noted above, room, facilities, food etc.

The one criticism is the intrusive music played at the swimming pool fro 8am, the bass waking us up. It was not necessary to play the music like this, or indeed all day. I had a meeting with shahar, one of the managers in the hotel. She told me that she would be holding a meeting with the hotel manager at 11am yesterday and that she would email me with the result. I am awaiting the email.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Dan Eilat Hotel for an exceptional stay. The service was excellent, and the staff was wonderful throughout. I would especially like to mention Yoav, who greatly assisted me during a medical situation and provided exceptional support. Additionally, Galit from the hotel management was incredibly helpful and always available to assist. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and a joy to stay in. Without a doubt, we had a very positive experience, and I highly recommend the Dan Eilat Hotel.

This is an excellent hotel, perhaps the best in Eilat. It is (and has been for years) well maintained, has highly trained staff that do their work very well, provides good services, excellent meals, the pool and beach are great. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. This is a large hotel which was totally full and still you manage to enjoy the facilities, and there were no great delays or lines everywhere, the real signature of a well run and expertly managed facility.

There is little to criticize. Two things to notice: this hotel is located in the northern beach area. It is excellent for people (e.g. families with small children) that stay most of the time in and around the hotel. It is less convenient to the southern beaches where most of the diving activities are, unless you have a car. If you do have a car, parking in the hotel parking lot is limited, but there are reasonable solution nearby. The 14th floor lounge was open with no cost which was a very nice touch, but we would recommend limiting it to children above some reasonable age (18 or at least 16). All of these are very minor issues.

The room was really spacious with a direct Sea View and balcony, which was lovely. It was very clean, and the bed was huge and super comfy. The Sea is wonderful, very clean and calm, with a gravelly beach (bring your beach shoes) and there is a nice boardwalk along the beach to the marina with really great shopping possibilities (tax free) and dining options. If you like Italian, go for Cuccina! The location of the hotel is very good, with free parking too. Because of Memorial Day, everything closed down very early the day prior to it; and thanks to lovely Rima from Guest Relations who called us beforehand we had a table at the Hotel Restaurant and enjoyed a nice Schnitzel.

We didn't really like the style of the hotel much, and everything is overdimensioned, which goes for all hotels in Eilat. Also for the breakfast we would prefer to get our own coffee or have someone get it for you instead of everyone standing in a long line.

Everything was top-notch.

The manager at reception was extremely helpful. Recommended a great place for something my wife needed. Also, we requested a slightly later check out at 1PM which was accomodated. The beds did not have feather pillows so we asked for them and they were brought up right away. Very friendly and responsive stafff.

The shampoos and body wash and stuff like that were more basic than I would have expected. The pillows were rubber covered with a pillow case which was kind of strange but the hotel changed them upon request for more comfortable pillows.

Loved the view. Loved the pool. Loved the size of the room. Really loved the bathroom!

When we checked in they didn't give us any info about the hotel including breakfast time. As a result we were late for breakfast for the first 2 days so we didn't have time to enjoy it. The food selection and presentation at breakfast was very dissapointing! Also, the uniforms (jeans and sweatshirts!) and service in the dining room for breakfast was definitely not up to the standards of a high class hotel.

Definitely five star hotel with a great site right on the north beach of the city Eilat. The room was fantastic and had a wonderful view of the bay… Nothing but praise to say of the room or the other facilities of this great Hotel Chain in Israel.

No parking on arrival and had to walk a great distance from a very dusty sandlot parking spot. I have a bad back and the attendant-valet on arrival was curt and actually almost downright obnoxious. Some of the other staff were also clueless sometimes- for instance as to the site of the hotel’s restaurant!

everything was great in general except parking. food is tasty, rooms are big and have very nice view, good amenities, friendly staff. generally, pretty good. Situation close to the beach was also cool

people literally have to spend some time in a queue for parking place - hotel's own parking is very small. This is not my first stay here - situation always the same. However they have electric car charging spots - it helps sometimes. String for wet clothes was to short for the space it was meant for, so it was unusable - had to figure out. but this is not a big deal.
